She silently watched the ones imprisoned in the cell made by her, sitting down and indifferent to them. She looked at them with her head held high, her heart full of anger since the last betrayal that happened to her.
She was wearing a mourning dress, and she liked her dress back then because it reflected her feelings. Leah is busy now because she has visited many in the human world; she is just watching what is happening to their loved ones.
"Felicia," she whispered, calling out to a soul.
Felicia just stared at her, struggling to even stand up; the hatred on her face was evident, and she slowly started to smile. It had no words.
"Are you asking for help from your grandchildren?" she asked her curiously.
"You don't care." Answered Felicia while struggling with her hands.
She just chuckled softly. "Just tell me so I can prepare myself; it's embarrassing to have someone peek into my life." She said sarcastically, still laughing as if pleased.
"I'm ashamed to be the villain in their lives, Felicia." She just stared at her, knowing what she was planning. What soul would want to be with someone like her in this darkness?
"Let us go, Leah. If it's wealth you're after, I'll give it to you." That's all she heard from Manuel.
"Manuel, Manuel, Manuel, my dear Manuel." She even changed her appearance, wearing a white dress and altering her looks.
"I will let you go here." She said innocently, while still looking for something around. "I won't find peace either if I'm here. Let's help each other, because I still love you." She's busy while opening their cell.
Suddenly, the curtain opened. She did it on purpose; she knew what the people she had interacted with were thinking, and she disappeared from sight.
"Manuel, let's go." She heard Angely say back then.
"Leah is playing with us again." That's all she heard from Felicia.
"If you want to stay here, stay. After all, you are the reason why Leah is still here until now." Manuel blamed Felicia.
"What are you talking about, saying I'm the one at fault? If you hadn't cheated and stopped being a womanizer, I wouldn't have gotten caught up in this mess," Felicia replied.
Leah could hear every argument of the three people; she wanted to burst out laughing, but she hadn't shown herself yet and had removed her presence, lightening the atmosphere. She could create the illusions of someone's desire.
"Alright, you can leave now; follow the light." Her voice blended softly with the wind.
"Stop arguing; we will finally have peace." She even saw Angely's smile then, and even though Felicia was hesitant because of the illusion she created and the lightness in the atmosphere, she stood up.
They follow the light, and she's secretly laughing now as it watches them.
Leah played with their mind even more, as well as their emotions.
"You won't escape!" Her voice is full of anger.
Leah created two versions of herself: her kind persona and the one she is now.
Little by little, the old surroundings are returning—the darkness.
"Just leave them alone." Pleading from one of her personalities.
"Have you forgotten what they did to us?" She asked sharply, staring intently at the three.
She shook her head—still shaking it at her. "We need to forgive each other." She spoke.
"Go on, just follow that light." The one, Leah said with a smile.
It has finally reached the light.
"We will meet there, Leah. Thank you very much," Angely said.
"I can only say one thing now, Leah: you have set us free." Manuel simply said.
"You're still the same foolish person, never changing." He shook his head in disbelief.
"Manuel." Leah, the white one, was hurt.
"You still believe easily; you still haven't learned." Angely added.
Leah could only shake her head at what she was doing.
Don't they know that I'm just playing?Sigh, their true colors are really showing. Leah thought to herself back then.
When it had escaped because it followed the light, it just secretly laughed. She could clearly hear their shouts of Angely.
She is showing what happened back then. Leah simply erased the illusion, and the surroundings became dark again.
"Leah! Why are we here again?" Angely shouted the question back then, her soul burning once again.
"I--- I'm sorry," said the white Leah, crying over their situation.
A smile broke out, and the mourning attire was slowly replaced. She laughed until her laughter turned into a hearty laugh; she was back in the stage where no one could escape.
"Really? Do you really believe that? She asked the three of them.
Leah couldn't help but laugh again, and her stomach was starting to hurt from laughing at the three.
"Leah!" Manuel's voice was angry as he banged on their door. His face was burning because he had only given it a punishment.
"You really didn't use your brains; it was so easy to manipulate you." She laughed and smirked at the three.
"What does it feel like that I managed to trick you? Happy, right?" Leah asked the three of them.
Their eyes narrowed as she looked at her with disdain.
"We'll take you to hell, Leah." Felicia said.
He smiled back then.
"You are already in hell, but you fell into my hands." She replied, Felicia still laughing.
"We will get back at you for what you did to us, Leah," Manuel warned her.
"Really? Let me take my revenge in my own way. You are the reason for all of this; you are the reason why I can't stay silent." Her voice became serious.
"You will not succeed, Leah. Someone will help us escape from here, and you are here alone, your soul restless, decaying in this darkness."
"What a big word coming from you, Angely. Is it rotting? Well, my soul won't rot; I will never forget what you did to me." She smiled.
"You are the ones who created this world, have you forgotten? Don't be innocent, because we are not innocent in this place."
There was some force that caused its body to collapse with a heavy object on top of it, which the three complained about.
"We will get back at you; we will return your karma, Leah." That's all Felicia said to her.
She just laughed and walked away from the three.
Karma? She laughed and asked back then.
Karma against karma? Leah laughed even more at what he was thinking.
Let's see who will win with the karma I've carried since I was born and died; let's see what will happen. She could only say it in her mind.
Leah emerged from the darkness, gazed at the world she had created, shrouded in lies, revenge, and hatred. Leah closed his heart and became cunning towards those who had once defamed her.
Never—I will never forgive you. Leah could only say it in her mind back then.
