There is no different unit for healers and guardians based on cultivation is because they don't need to be divided.

"Like if you are in the black rank tier 1-5 and another soldier is in black rank tier 6-10 then, the tier 6-10 soldier will get more benefits then the tier 1-5 one. It applies to every rank. The tier 1-5 of bronze rank soldiers will get more advantage and perks then black rank soldiers."

Arthur looked at everyone, all the soldiers face are full of happiness. They can even predict what the new rule is going to be.
"The new rule is that, the one who performs the most outstanding in every unit will be directly promoted to vice commander of that unit. But remember if you are not capable of handling that position then you will lose it."
When the soldiers Heard the first sentence, they were all overjoyed, they want to go to the battlefield and make their contribution. But after hearing the last sentence they were somewhat disappointed, but that disappointment was for only 1 second, because they know how important this position was. So they made their mind and become motivated.
When Arthur saw their excited expression, he was happy.
"Commanders of each army, i want you all to lead your Soldiers to the training area and train them to fight alongside."
A battlefield is not a place to show an individual strength, it's a place where thousands or even millions of soldiers fight alongside their allies to kill the enemies. The battlefield is not a child game.
Arthur learned this lesson when kazu ambush him and he lost almost all his soldiers, because the soldiers were not ready. And they did not trained to fight alongside their allies.
But he does not want to make the same mistake, that's why he gave this order.
