---------------------------------------------------------------------
In the original story, the reason Tang San's initially awakened martial soul was an ordinary Blue Silver Grass likely stemmed from malnutrition or damage sustained after birth.
Some speculated it was due to the incompatibility between the bloodlines of the Hao Tian Hammer and the Blue Silver Emperor, which canceled each other out. However, Ye Wen leaned more toward the first explanation.
The life attribute soul power of the Blue Silver Emperor was almost universally compatible with all martial souls. Meanwhile, the innate property of the Hao Tian Hammer was simply "heaviness." The Killing God Domain, a later addition to Tang Hao's martial soul, wasn't some destructive force but rather a buffing ability.
Back to the topic at hand—Ye Wen began with his eldest daughter, Ye Tianxin. In his subconscious, he believed girls weren't suited for wielding swords or knives.
Several famous female generals from his past life came to mind: Fu Hao, Mu Guiying, Hua Mulan, and Qin Liangyu.
Ultimately, Ye Wen settled on the template of a red-tasseled spear.
Ah Yin's fifth soul skill, the Blue Silver Tyrant Emperor Spear form, had also undergone a mutation—from its original knightly lance to a traditional Chinese long spear. This ready-made template fit perfectly.
The two-meter-long spear shaft, tipped with a sharp point, exuded an aura of intimidation from afar. Golden lines adorned the weapon, adding an air of nobility to the blue-and-gold spear.
With meticulous care, Ye Wen used divine power to nurture the essence of his eldest daughter's bloodline. He embedded this newly crafted martial soul into her bloodline, opposing her Sea God martial soul.
Under the cleansing effect of divine power, Ye Tianxin felt incredibly comfortable. Still asleep, she smacked her lips contentedly, her chubby little face making Ye Wen feel quite fond of her.
Next was his second son.
Ye Wen straightforwardly transformed him into a long blade—a 1.5-meter-long blue-and-gold greatsword, similar to Dao Ba's style, stripped of all defensive attributes and specialized solely in slashing.
If he wanted to learn swordsmanship in the future, he could directly seek guidance from Dao Ba, a genius in that field.
As for why Ye Wen didn't choose a sword, in his view, swords were primarily ceremonial objects used for showing off. In practical combat, they were difficult to master.
To sum it up in one phrase: swords hurt both the wielder and the opponent.
Divine power truly was the ultimate versatile tool, capable of altering many things according to one's will.
No wonder once someone ascended to godhood, the gap between them and ordinary Title Douluos became incomprehensible.
But since Ye Wen was currently the first to master this power on the continent, he felt quite pleased. By the time Tang San and the others ascended to godhood, Ye Wen would have already reached at least level 110. At that point, with a mere flick of his hand, he could suppress them. A mere Divine Official-level Tang San would stand no chance against him then.
Finally, it was time for his youngest daughter, Ye Tianshui.
She was absolutely adorable, a cherubic little angel.
But what kind of martial soul should he create for her future development?
As the child who inherited both Poseidon's and his own bloodlines, Ye Tianshui was born at the pinnacle of the Douluo Star. Among the three children, her compatibility with the Sea God martial soul was the highest.
If the Sea God's divine position ever needed to be passed down, Ye Tianshui would undoubtedly be the most qualified to inherit it.
This also meant that Ye Tianshui didn't need a weapon-type martial soul, as the Sea God martial soul was already a fusion of both weapon and body martial souls.
Ye Wen felt a pang of frustration. Why was it so difficult to give his precious little daughter an extra boost?
Suddenly, a flash of inspiration struck him.
"That's right! Since Xiaoshui doesn't need the additional enhancement of a weapon martial soul, I'll give her an even stronger beast martial soul instead.
Isn't there the corpse of an Ice Dragon King in the Ice-Fire Two Extremes Eye? If I extract its bloodline and transform it into Xiaoshui's essence, she'll essentially possess the Ice Dragon King's martial soul. The Ice Dragon King was once a God-King-level powerhouse—this is far superior to the Sea God bloodline!"
But would this harm the Ice-Fire Two Extremes Eye? It shouldn't. Extracting a small portion of blood to transform into Xiaoshui's essence wouldn't affect the existence of the Ice-Fire Two Extremes Eye.
Meanwhile, in the divine realm, Poseidon, who was waiting for Ye Wen to take over after a hundred years, suddenly felt a wave of ill intent.
"Damn it, which bastard god is cursing me behind my back? Humph, it's probably just jealousy because I've found an excellent successor. Look how angry you all are—no grace at all!"
As a prominent figure in the divine realm, Poseidon had been basking in glory recently.
Though the divine realm stood above hundreds of worlds, it was essentially a cage. Without refining their divine cores to perfection and cultivating divine power independently, gods couldn't transcend the influence of the divine realm—they were like caged birds.
Although not a God-King, Poseidon had refined his Sea God divine core to the pinnacle of the divine realm. He could now independently generate divine power. Once free from the divine realm's constraints, he would roam the universe freely.
(A/N: Secondary theory—if gods could casually abandon their positions to gallivant around, the divine realm would have descended into chaos long ago.)
Thus, he hadn't hesitated to show off in front of his fellow gods lately.
Little did he know, his every move was being observed by a cunning goddess lurking in the shadows.
*Hehehe.*
Ye Wen acted immediately. With his current cultivation, it took him only the time of a tea session to reach the Ice-Fire Two Extremes Eye.
After exchanging brief greetings with Ah Lan, Ye Wen ventured deep into the Ice-Fire Two Extremes Eye under the protection of his divine power.
Intense pressure surged around him.
He couldn't tell whether it was cold or heat—he felt discomfort from the clash of two extreme energies.
Finally, after descending hundreds of kilometers, Ye Wen sensed the core energy source of the Ice-Fire Two Extremes Eye.
"No wonder these two were once God-King-level beings—even in death, their presence remains formidable," Ye Wen remarked.
But even God-King-level beings left behind nothing more than two corpses after death. There was no chance of resurrection.
However, their souls likely hadn't completely dissipated.
Better safe than sorry—Ye Wen suppressed his presence entirely, not wanting to disturb these two powerful entities. If they unleashed a desperate soul attack, Ye Wen wasn't sure if he could withstand it.
Carefully, he extracted a head-sized amount of blood from the Ice Dragon King's corpse. Glancing at the Fire Dragon King nearby, he didn't spare it either, extracting the same amount of blood before sealing it away and departing.
Given the colossal size of the two God-King corpses, this small amount of blood was negligible—like a mosquito sucking human blood. Moreover, both God-Kings were dead, their perception severely diminished.
The energy they naturally leaked had formed the Ice-Fire Two Extremes Eye—it wouldn't matter if such a tiny amount of blood went missing.
Finally, the strongest child of the Sea God was born.
Her name was… Sanwa? No, it's Ye Tianshui!
