"Bastard!" Daemons erupted in fury. The thought of calling for his father, Solus, was instantly suppressed.
He decided to personally reclaim his pride from this damned spider!
"I'll break your limbs, shatter your spine, cut out your tongue, and place you on the dining table, draining your life force bit by bit!" Daemons roared, transforming into a violent storm, surging with boundless force as he charged toward Peter.
Whoosh! Whoosh! Whoosh!
Several figures emerged from Peter's body.
It was none other than Iconic Illusions!
A few of them cast chain-binding spells, restraining Daemons' limbs.
Others lunged at Morlun below.
The physique of the Heirs was indeed formidable. Just moments ago, half of Morlun's face had been blown off, yet it had already regenerated significantly.
Peter knew this was because Morlun had only been caught in the explosion's shockwave rather than directly struck by magic.
Had it been a magical explosion, the residual magical energy would have lingered, drastically slowing his regeneration.
This was precisely why Peter had devised a unique attack method specifically to counter the Heirs' rapid regeneration.
However, after their first clash, Morlun and the other Heirs had become more cautious.
They would rather endure the shockwave damage than risk direct exposure to the magical energy.
In response, Peter's clones wasted no time, launching small-scale magic orbs in rapid succession. Having picked up a trick or two from Prince Bey, he employed a princely combat strategy, covering Morlun's entire vicinity in a barrage of magical energy.
"Oya, oya, oya!"
Boom! Boom! Boom!
The entire street was left in ruins, barely a single intact spot remaining.
But Peter couldn't afford to care about that right now.
Considering what Morlun had done in this world, if Armored Spider-Man was killed, the Namura Cyborg Army would likely take over the entire planet, turning it into a factory for mass-producing cyborgs!
At that point, the suffering of this world would only grow—both in scale and severity!
With several clones keeping Daemons and Morlun occupied, Peter's true body turned to face Verna, who hovered in midair.
"Lady Verna, shall we have some fun now?"
"Hmph! You may be strong, but I'm no slouch either! Do you think I'm as useless as Bora and Brix?" Verna sneered, utterly unafraid of Peter.
Among all the Heirs, only she and Jennix had never been defeated by him.
So, while she was well aware of Peter's strength from her siblings' battles, she still carried an unshakable sense of superiority.
"You lot, get him!" Verna commanded, releasing the ropes in her hands.
"Caw! Caw! Caw!"
"Attack! The Lady orders us to strike!"
"Tear him apart!"
Three Vultures swooped toward Peter.
These Vultures were likely versions of the supervillain Vulture from different universes. Now, however, they had all been tamed into Verna's personal "hunting hounds," assisting her in hunting down Spider-Men.
As for Verna herself, she preferred to stand back elegantly and enjoy the show.
Most Spider-Men, being too soft-hearted, struggled to take down an enemy immediately—let alone three Vultures at once.
By the time they realized their mistake, they would already be surrounded, with no means of escape.
And with an Heir like Verna overseeing the hunt, there was little hope for survival.
In the past, Verna's strategy had never failed.
By now, she had even grown accustomed to eagerly anticipating the "performance" that would soon unfold.
However...
This time, they were facing a ruthless Spider-Man!
Peter swept his hands in front of him, conjuring two magical rings.
With the superior physique of a Spider-Man, he effortlessly evaded the encirclement of the first two Vultures. His figure flickered through the air.
Slash—
The last Vulture suddenly had a massive gash across his throat and abdomen, spraying blood wildly as he plummeted toward the ground.
Swish—
At that moment, the magical rings in Peter's hands transformed into glowing magical whips, wrapping around the throats of the two Vultures that had just flown past him.
He turned to Verna. "Are these your Vulture hounds? So fragile?"
With a light chuckle, he tightened his grip.
Snap!
Snap!
Two large heads soared into the sky.
Moments later, they and their lifeless bodies crashed onto the ground below.
"You… You're definitely not a Spider!" Verna's face was still frozen in shock, but deep in her eyes, panic had begun to set in.
Seeing Peter execute all three Vultures so cleanly right in front of her finally made her realize—this Spider was unlike any she had ever encountered!
"No… I am a Spider. A Spider who has witnessed everything!"
A gust of wind blew through. Peter's figure swayed with the breeze before dissolving into particles and vanishing into thin air!
"What…?" Verna gasped in alarm.
But by the time she reacted, it was already too late.
"This is for the Spider-Men you've slaughtered!"
Peter reappeared at her side, his fist already swinging.
With a thud, his punch struck her soft, pale abdomen.
"Ugh!" Verna let out a muffled groan as her body curled inward. A mouthful of blood, mixed with fragments of her own organs, gushed from her throat.
Before she could recover, Peter grabbed her by the hair and smashed her face against his knee.
"This one's for the innocent people you murdered for your amusement!"
Gone was Verna's once-elegant and noble demeanor. Half of her face had caved in, covered in blood. Teeth were missing, leaving her looking like a distorted mess.
Peter wrapped his fingers around her throat and snapped his fingers with his other hand.
Four glowing magical rings appeared from all directions, severing her limbs. The stumps were instantly sealed with magical energy, ensuring they would never regenerate.
"My father, the great Solus, will come for you!" Verna snarled, her bloodied face twisted with venomous hatred.
"Ooh! Solus, how terrifying!" Peter mocked with exaggerated fear.
Beside him, a portal appeared. Without hesitation, he tossed the disabled Verna inside.
First target—handled!
Then, he turned his attention to Daemons.
His Iconic Illusions technique was still not fully mastered, meaning his clones were individually weaker than his true body. In particular, they lacked his innate Spider Totem Power, relying mostly on magic for combat.
Because of this, Daemons managed to find an opening and actually killed a few of them.
Fortunately, Peter had plenty of clones—each time one fell, another took its place.
Once Peter himself entered the battlefield, Daemons, who had been dominating moments ago, quickly met his bitter defeat.
Just like before, Peter stripped him down to a limbless stump and tossed him into another universe.
Finally, Peter turned his sights on Morlun, preparing to capture him as well—
But suddenly, the gateway to a parallel universe burst open.
A terrifying presence emerged!
