"Do I look big in this dress?" Angel asked Ruby who was watching Isabella sleep, as she observed her frame in the mirror.
"I think you have just the right weight distribution for a woman who just gave birth. Bonus point, your breasts are fuller. Also, you don't even have any residual stomach fat," she sighed dreamily. "I can only wish to have your body when I give birth."
Angel laughed at her theatrics. "You're just saying that to make me feel better, but than—" she turned and saw Ruby beside Isabella's crib. "Really? Even me, her mother is not that obsessed." She shook her head.
"Look at her cheeks, Mari. She's so beautiful, and so precious," her eyes watered dramatically.
"I'm just glad my baby is surrounded by lots of love," Angel laughed, and just then, a heavy knock sounded on the door.
Ruby, and Angel both exchanged curious glances, before their eyes went to the door.
"I'll get it," Angel said when Ruby made an attempt to rise up.
