Pietro curled his lips and said, "Even the most cautious person makes mistakes. Nick was gone for five years because of the Blip, and now even a high schooler like Peter doesn't listen to him anymore. As one of the original founders of the Avengers, he must be feeling insecure. That's why he's so eager to recruit more superheroes to work for him."

The focus returned to the video on the screen. Quentin, the true identity of Mysterio, stood on a high glass walkway, surrounded by floating combat drones, directing the next act of his elaborate performance via remote control.

According to the script, an even more powerful "Elemental Monster" would soon go on a rampage, causing countless innocent deaths—including Peter's unfortunate classmates.

At the last critical moment, Mysterio would step in, defeat the "Elemental Monster," eliminate any witnesses who knew the truth, and gain even greater fame and influence. It was a perfect plan with multiple benefits.

Of course, Quentin had his fears. He knew he couldn't handle the other Avengers, so he specifically targeted Peter, a naive teenager who was easy to manipulate. But before making his move, he had to make sure no Avengers would interfere.

Luckily for him, the Elemental Monsters hadn't drawn any attention from the Avengers, putting Quentin at ease. As long as he only had to deal with an ordinary human like Nick and a foolish Spider-Man, his victory was guaranteed!

Meanwhile, Peter was discussing ways to break through Mysterio's illusions with Happy. After suffering a heavy loss in the lifelike illusions, he had calmed down and realized that he could use his spider-sense to counter them.

Outside the video, Pietro frowned and asked, "Isn't E.D.I.T.H. a gift from Tony to Spider-Man? Logically, Peter should have the highest authority, so how can Mysterio use it against him? This so-called AI seems kinda dumb!"

Stephen thought for a moment and said, "Tony's J.A.R.V.I.S. was highly intelligent, but E.D.I.T.H.… does seem a bit dumb. Maybe Tony did it on purpose. E.D.I.T.H. controls dangerous defense systems, and if it were too smart, it might develop self-awareness. We all know how that turned out with Ultron."

In the video, Peter made his preparations, then jumped out of a plane, catching a ride to London at high speed. Meanwhile, Quentin was ready—his grand performance was about to begin.

His men, disguised as bus drivers, led MJ, Ned, and the others onto a bridge. Suddenly, the waters on both sides of the bridge began to churn violently—out of them emerged a monstrous Water Elemental!

Cars were stuck in a traffic jam, completely blocking the road. Panicked civilians ran in all directions, with MJ and Ned lost in the crowd.

Some vehicles burst into flames, sending fire soaring into the sky, and from the inferno emerged a Fire Elemental. Soon after, strong winds howled as the Wind Elemental appeared.

In no time, a colossal creature combining wind, water, fire, and earth loomed over the city—far more terrifying than any of the previous Elemental Monsters!

This was Quentin's masterpiece. Smiling with satisfaction, he said, "Now this is an Avengers-level threat!"

It was finally time for his grand entrance.

No, more accurately, it was time for Mysterio's grand entrance.

In the video, Mysterio flew in fearlessly and charged at the giant monster. The battle's shockwaves shattered the bridge and shook the ground. But who would have guessed that everything was just an illusion?

Back on the glass walkway, Quentin smugly recited the script written by his professional team, trying to lure Nick out of his base for an assassination attempt.

What he didn't know was that Happy had already made a call to Nick. Because of E.D.I.T.H.'s surveillance, Happy didn't reveal the truth outright but used coded language to warn him.

As a result, Nick had already begun to suspect Mysterio and wasn't about to fall into his trap.

At the same time, Peter and Happy had arrived. This time, Peter was fully prepared. He had Happy fly a jet over the "Elemental Fusion Monster," and without hesitation, he jumped straight into the colossal creature.

Inside, he found countless drones controlled by E.D.I.T.H. Moving nimbly between them, Peter fired webs, linking the drones together into a massive spider web.

Quentin quickly noticed and immediately took manual control. The moment he saw Peter's presence, his smug expression darkened.

Without hesitation, he gave the kill order. He didn't just want to eliminate Spider-Man—Nick had to die too! But neither of them was an easy target.

Thanks to Happy's warning, Nick was prepared. When the drones approached to attack, Hill took them out with a well-placed rocket launcher.

On the other side, Peter used his electro-webbing to destroy a large number of drones, causing major glitches in the previously flawless illusion.

Countless spectators outside were watching, dumbfounded by the sudden changes on the battlefield.

Realizing the illusion was breaking down, Quentin made a swift decision: he ordered the entire illusion to be shut down.

His subordinates were confused. The illusion had flaws but was still fixable. If they shut it down now, the entire performance would fall apart.

But Quentin was sharper than his men. If they focused on repairing the illusion, they wouldn't be able to deal with Spider-Man, and their defeat would be inevitable.

The only way to turn the tables was to eliminate Peter first. Victory would allow him to rewrite history.

So, the spectators outside watched in shock as the rampaging Elemental Monster and Mysterio's epic battle vanished. In their place, a swarm of dark, ominous drones filled the sky.

At that moment, Peter spotted Quentin on the glass walkway and immediately charged toward him.

Just as the video paused, a question appeared:

[Can Mysterio turn the situation around?]

[A: Yes

B: No]

Pietro waved his hands dismissively and said, "It has to be B, right? The illusion is already broken. What chance does this fraud have left?!"

Stephen stroked his chin, frowning. "I also think it should be B. Peter already lost once—there's no reason he'd lose again, especially with Nick and Happy backing him up. But… something about this question feels like a trap."
