Chapter 3 - Chapter 3: The Power of Gura Gura no Mi (Tremor Fruit)

Zeldris's eyes gleamed like a kid staring at a candy store full of explosives.

White energy shimmered around his fists, pulsing with raw, terrifying force.

"Alright, Gura Gura no Mi," he muttered, cracking his knuckles, "let's see what you've got."

He swung a fist through the air—

CRACK!!

The sound was like God punching a mirror. Space itself fractured like shattered glass, white cracks spiderwebbing through the air in front of him.

The earth didn't just tremble—it had a full-on panic attack.

A massive ravine split the ground open beneath him, tearing through the landscape like an angry dragon. Trees were yeeted into splinters. The wind howled in protest.

Then—

BOOOOM!

A glowing white orb of compressed destruction erupted from his fist and shot forward like a divine cannonball. It bulldozed through the forest, leaving behind a tunnel of absolute nothingness.

Zeldris watched, slack-jawed, as the orb collided with a distant mountain…

Which then exploded.

No dramatic pause, no slow crumble.

Just boom. Gone. Like it owed him money.

He blinked.

"...Okay, yeah. This thing's cracked."

This wasn't just power. This was biblical. The kind of stuff that made tectonic plates cry themselves to sleep.

Zeldris grinned, letting out a low whistle. "This is the Tremor-Tremor Fruit? No wonder Whitebeard walked around like rent was due on the planet."

He hadn't been sure if Devil Fruit powers would even work properly in the shinobi world. Maybe they'd glitch out or burn too much chakra.

Turns out? Nope. They worked perfectly. Too perfectly.

And best of all?

Minimal chakra cost.

He had been monitoring his reserves during that insane display of property damage. And they barely dipped. For someone without god-tier chakra like Naruto or a tailed beast, that was a big deal.

He clenched his glowing fist again, marveling as the air quivered around it.

"Who needs hand seals when I can just punch physics in the face?"

He could already imagine it—enemy ninjas mid-jutsu, smug smiles on their faces—

Then Zeldris shows up and deletes their battlefield.

Even a Kage would think twice.

Meanwhile… back in Konoha—

The village was in chaos. The ground trembled. Pots broke. People screamed. One guy dove under a table and stayed there like it owed him child support.

"EARTHQUAKE?!"

Inside the village square, the Third Hokage, Hiruzen Sarutobi, stood with a grim expression as dust clouds rose in the distance.

Even from here, he could feel it.

That… thing… wasn't natural.

With a flick of his hand, several ANBU appeared, masked and ready.

"Check the village for damage and injuries."

Then his voice dropped, sharp as steel.

"Find out what caused that tremor. I want answers. Now."

The ANBU vanished like good ninjas do.

Hiruzen stared toward the forest, brow furrowed.

"That wasn't a jutsu," he muttered. "That was something else."

He didn't know it yet—but the source of that biblical-level smackdown was none other than Zeldris.

The same kid he'd expelled not long ago.

Back at the epicenter of the destruction—

Zeldris stood in the middle of the decimated forest, admiring his handiwork like a very proud arsonist.

"Yeah…" he exhaled, still a little breathless. "That was insane."

He let the white energy fade from his fists, the tremors finally calming.

But as the dust settled, another thought nudged at the back of his mind.

That blast?

Yeah. Konoha definitely felt that.

He sighed dramatically.

"Old man Sarutobi… consider that a friendly reminder."

His smirk twisted.

"Next time? I won't be so polite."

A dangerous thrill curled in his chest. The power… it was addictive. Heavy. Real. Like holding thunder in his hands.

He barely had time to savor it when—

Ding!

"Mission Activated: Host is requested to travel to the Land of Wind immediately."

Zeldris blinked. "Already? Can't even enjoy my mass destruction in peace?"

Still, he wasn't about to say no. New mission meant new chaos. Possibly new loot. Maybe even new people to accidentally obliterate.

He turned toward the horizon, wind whipping through his coat.

"Land of Wind, huh?" he muttered. "Sounds dry. Let's go shake things up."

With a final grin, he leapt onto a tree branch and vanished into the distance, the forest still trembling in his wake.

The ninja world had no idea what was coming.
