Kate and Joel are in the living room laughing and drinking, They were both having a great time together.
Joel was from a very poor and bad back ground, At that time, things were very difficult for him. But he never failed as a man to take good care of Kate. Knowing that Kate loves expensive and luxurious stuffs,it never bothers him. He always tried making Kate happy at all means.
Joel's had lost his father at a very young age, surviving with his mom and siblings and also with Kate as well.
Although Joel loves women a lot, he still played a loving man's role towards Kate.
One day, Kate came to visit Joel at his place, she then told Joel that she was pregnant. Joel was a bit nervous because he knew he didn't have the money to care for the unborn child but nevertheless he was still excited because he was becoming a father soon.
Weeks later they both went to visit Joel's mother and as expected she was happy as well. Buh something happened next.
Months later, Joel and Kate had an argument that didn't last long.
Soon Kate experience the argue to give birth. Delivery was successful and placenta was fully expelled. Mother and baby was in a good condition. Date of birth JUNE 22 2005
After five months of delivery, Kate came to Joel's place. She placed the baby ( linda) on the bed and left without Joel's concert or even informing him about it. Then she left without a trace.
Linda was being raised by her grandmother ( her dad's mom ) Linda was giving all the love by her Dad and grandmother.
Joel was in a trauma, still recovering from Kate did to him. He couldn't believe that she could do something so heartbreaking.... But Linda was never denied the love of her father.
Son Joel met Ana whom he fell in love with and they both started a relationship. But Joel didn't tell Ana about Linda at that moment. But she later found out , still Linda didn't come home with her father. She was still with her grandmother. But Ana always visited her.
Time passed, over some years, Ana became pregnant and of course Joel was responsible for her pregnancy.
Ana was some months pregnant, when she and Joel did official wedding. They had their traditional wedding.
Soon a cry of a baby was heard in the house.it was a baby boy. His name was Michael.
Not too long after, Linda started living with her dad and step mom and baby brother.
They were living happily as a family.
Linda on the other hand, already new that the woman she was living with wasn't her mom, but she was scared of asking her dad where and who her mom was because her Dad seems to be happy with the woman he married. So she tried to believe that Mrs Ana was a real mom.
After Michael's one year birthday, Joel's mother died. Linda was touched because that was the mother she was closed to since child but she didn't let her sadness be known to ones around her. But each day that passes by she always saya " I miss you so much grandma" .
Not long later, her grandma's burial ceremony was done.
Soon Linda and Michael started same school. It was a big school private school that was well known in Benin (G.R.A).
Joel was working in a comfortable place, and Ana was selling in a medium shop( not too big shop ).
After Linda and Michael closes from school, they go straight to their mom's shop. They eat and do their assignments. Sometimes they visit their Dad at his work place because it was far from Anna's place of selling. When it time for Ana to close her shop, she does so and they go to Joel's place so they can go back home together.
After Michael's two years birthday, months later, Joel traveled out of the country when both Linda and Michael was asleep. When they woke up in the morning, they asked their mother about their father and she smiled and said Daddy has traveled but he Will come and carry us soon.
Then she brought out some money which Joel kept for both his children, they were very happy.
Months later, Joel called to tell his family that he has made it to destination. They were very happy and they thanked God very much for seeing their daddy through out his journey.
