Sometimes, life doesn't go the way you envisaged. Things took a dark turn for Amanda but there was a light at the end of the tunnel. She pursued fashion designing in a small shop owned by Jessica Azubuike, who also taught Amanda how to sew.
During this time, Amanda met a man named Justin Anozie. They started dating and were soon ready to take the next step. The following week, Grandma, Levi, Amelia's mom, and baby Amelia traveled to Port Harcourt. When they arrived at Justin's home, they confronted him, expressing their deep disappointment. Marriage is supposed to be a union where two people share their hopes and dreams, stay together through sickness and health, and support one another. What Justin did was shameful.
Amanda and Justin signed the divorce papers. Justin appeared remorseful and apologized, saying he didn't know what came over him - but that's what they all say. Amanda forgave him, but she knew she couldn't continue. She parked her suitcase and returned to Delta State.
