Chapter 1 - Chapter 1 - Transmigrated?!

Yun Xiyan slowly opened her eyes, her surroundings blurry and unfamiliar. As her vision cleared, she glanced around, her heart racing with a sudden sense of disorientation. She was no longer in her own room. The walls were pristine white, decorated in a sleek, minimalistic style — every detail spoke of elegance and refinement. The space exuded an air of luxury, one that suggested the person who resided here had been pampered and cherished since birth.

A sharp, almost jarring realization struck her like a bolt of lightning. Her breath caught in her throat as the truth sank in — she wasn't dreaming. She wasn't even in her world anymore.

Wait… Her mind whirled. She had read a novel just a week ago — a story so familiar, so captivating. The title, With One Smile, I Captivate the World, danced in her memory. She was no longer just a reader. She had somehow become an extra within its pages.

The shock of it all surged through her like a tidal wave, and in that moment, the weight of her new reality settled upon her like a heavy cloak. She had crossed over — into the very world she had once read about, and in the same position as a minor, forgotten character.

The extra who shared her name was none other than the cherished daughter of the esteemed Yun Family. Born into a legacy of affluence, she was the precious jewel of the household — the only daughter, doted upon by her loving parents and adored by her two older brothers. From the moment she had drawn her first breath, she had been surrounded by warmth and devotion, her every whim indulged. In the eyes of her family, she was not merely a daughter; she was the very heart of their world.

The Yun Family, with a history stretching back through dozens of generations, had amassed their fortune through a legacy of mining and infrastructure, their influence unrivaled in the country. They stood proudly among the elite, their name spoken with the same respect as that of the Xu Family, the Li Family, and the Zhang Family — the titans of B Country's power structure.

Yun Xiyan took a deep breath, carefully absorbing the flood of information. Her mind churned as she pondered the reality she had been thrust into. The Yun Family's status was unparalleled — a name so powerful that even the most influential of individuals dared not stand on equal footing with them. Their wealth, their history, their prestige, all cast a shadow that stretched far and wide.

Yet, as she thought about the original novel, something felt off. How could the Yun Family, with such prominence, not play a role in the story? In a world where every character had their place, where the powerful and the influential were always woven into the plot, it was strange that the Yun Family seemed to be completely absent. It was as if their existence had been erased from the narrative altogether — until, of course, she herself had arrived in this world.

She shakes her head and decided to just fuck it, she had already arrived in this world as a new person, might as well live her very best as a wealthy pampered young lady. She got off her warm and comfy bed and walks towards her dresser and glances her features on the big mirror. Her eyebrows rises in surprise, "My oh my… what a seductive face." Yun Xiyan was stunned.

She couldn't help but be stunned. This was her — but not quite her. Her eyes were large and captivating, her face delicate and perfectly sculpted, with high cheekbones and a nose that looked as if it had been carved by an artist. Her lips, full and naturally plump, curved upward into a mischievous smile, and her body — Oh, that body — was the kind that would leave anyone staring.

Yun Xiyan felt her lips turns upwards, "This face makes it more easy to seduce Li Mochen."

"Now that I have arrived here, I will never let Li Mochen have a bad ending." she thought firmly to herself. One thing she must do is figure out the timeline.

She grabs her phone from the bedside table and looks at the date, 4 March 2019. Great! It's just before everything happened. The female lead and the male lead haven't cross path yet, and the supporting male lead was still studying hard under his father to succeed the Li Corporation, in just a few years he would succeed as the new CEO.

One thing to know about the original novel is that the original female lead named Xia Qinglan is just an ordinary girl born from a poor family. In the novel it was described that her parents was just merchants, earning just enough to support their family. This has always been the achilles heel of Xia Qinglan as she desperately wanted to become a wealthy and pampered young lady.

But achieving her dream has become very easy, thanks to her delicate and angelic beauty, pair with her innocent and sweet personality she was loved by the people around her. Xia Qinglan's fate began to shift the moment she crossed paths with the male lead, Xu Yanfei.

Yun Xiyan rolled her eyes at this scene in the novel and yawn, what a boring scene. She couldn't care less of what the female lead and male lead are doing, all she cares about is Li Mochen.

In the original novel, Li Mochen, age 24 is the sole heir of the Li Family. Born from two loving and wealthy parents, he had everything he had ever wanted since he was a kid. His mother Bai Wanrou also known as Madam Li is the epitome of graceful and elegant. Her husband, Li Zhenyu is the CEO of Li Corporation.

The Li Corporation held a status that rivalled that of the Yun Corporation, with both families boasting legacies that stretched back dozens of generations. In B Country, there were few names that commanded as much respect. Among them, only the Yun Family stood as an equal to the Li Family in terms of wealth, influence, and historical prestige. Trailing closely behind were the Xu Family, ranked third, and the Zhang Family, firmly in fourth — each powerful in their own right, but still a step behind the two titans who ruled the upper echelons of society.

After gathering her thoughts, Yun Xiyan rose to her feet with quiet grace and made her way into the bathroom. The warm water of the shower washed away the remnants of confusion, leaving only clarity and purpose. Once refreshed, she wrapped herself in a plush robe and began her transformation.

In front of the vanity, she applied a light touch of makeup — just enough to illuminate her already striking features. Her skin seemed to glow under the soft lighting, her eyes shimmering with quiet determination. She reached for her usual jewellery set — a delicate, timeless ensemble from Tifanny's, gifted by her father on her 18th birthday.

Stepping into her walk-in closet, she moved with effortless elegance. Her fingers glided over rows of designer pieces until they landed on a classic: a sleek black dress from Maison Céleste. For shoes, she slipped into a pair of Maison de Lune heels, the kind that clicked with authority yet whispered luxury. Finally, she selected a white purse from Élanne, the perfect statement piece to complete the look. With one last glance in the mirror, Yun Xiyan gave a small, knowing smile.

Yun Xiyan walks outside her room and was greeted by the endless greeting from the house staffs as she walks past by them.

"Good morning Young Miss."

"Good morning Young Miss."

"Good morning Young Miss."

She gave them a smile and a light wave, "Good morning everyone". They all smile and bow their head to show respect. She walks down the stairs and spots her family sitting there waiting for her, Yun Xiyan smiles sweetly as she takes a long look at her new family members. What wonderful genes her parents have for all the family to look this good.

She sat down in the middle of her eldest brother Yun Shenyue, the current CEO of Yun Corporation. At 30 years old and standing over 190 cm tall, Shenyue carried the kind of quiet authority that turned heads the moment he entered a room. Intelligent, strategic, and meticulously composed, learning under Father Yun since he was a young age, he was the backbone of the company. It was thanks to him that Father Yun could step down early, fully confident that the legacy of the Yun family was in capable hands.

At work, he was all sharp edges and cold. But at home? He was the complete opposite — gentle, indulgent, and endlessly protective of his little sister. To the world, he was the formidable CEO of a corporate empire. But to her, he would always be the doting older brother who never let her go without a smile, a snack, or a shield.

Seated on her other side was her second older brother, Yun Zhenhao, age 27. He is the charismatic owner of a chain of upscale restaurants and luxury bars across B Country. Just a few centimeters shorter than Shenyue, standing at a solid 185 cm, Zhenhao had an energy that couldn't be contained — playful, lively, and charming in a way that made him a favorite wherever he went.

In the public eye, he was often labeled the cheeky "Second Young Master Yun" — the flirtatious, devil-may-care businessman with a smile that could sell a lie. But at home, he was just like his older brother: fiercely protective, especially when it came to his little sister.

"Good morning, Yanyan," Shenyue greeted her with a soft smile, his gaze so gentle it could melt the hardest heart.

"Morning, Yanyan!" Zhenhao chimed in right after, his voice warm and teasing, like the sun rising after a storm.

Yun Xiyan couldn't help but beam, her heart swelling with warmth. "Good morning, Big Brothers," she replied, her voice light with affection.

Shenyue reached behind him and pulled out a small, elegant box, placing it carefully in her hands. She instantly recognized the delicate and famous logo "H" — fine jewelry.

"Happy birthday, Yanyan," he said, his voice calm but filled with unmistakable love.

Ah… that's right.

It was her 20th birthday today.

She had just transmigrate into the novel, she'd completely forgotten. But as she glanced around the room, she saw her parents and her other brother watching her with nothing but love in their eyes. Mother Yun was already dabbing at the corners of her eyes with a tissue, her smile both proud and bittersweet.

"My beautiful daughter... all grown up now," she whispered.

Yun Xiyan's smile bloomed, radiant and bright. Both her parents leaned in to embrace her tightly, as if she were still their little girl.

"Happy birthday, my beautiful princess," Father Yun said, before gesturing to the staff. "Bring in the box."

A medium-sized gift box was carefully carried in, and from the way everyone was looking at her, she knew this birthday was about to be unforgettable. She decided that from today onwards, this is her life. The people in front of her is her most beloved family members, she vow to always love and protect them.

Yun Xiyan took a step closer to the box, her heart racing with anticipation. Gently, she lifted the lid and her eyes instantly widened in surprise. A joyful scream escaped her lips as she gasped, "You got me a golden retriever puppy!" Her voice was filled with excitement, a mix of happiness and disbelief.

She had never had a puppy before in her original world. She had always dreamed of one, but her parents had always said no. Now, here it was, her very own puppy.

Carefully, she scooped the tiny, wriggling puppy into her arms, her face lighting up as the little furball licked her face, thrilled to meet its new owner. Her heart melted as she hugged the puppy close, then, without thinking, she dashed toward her father and wrapped her arms around him tightly.

"Thank you so much, Daddy! I love it so, so much!" she exclaimed, her voice full of gratitude and joy.

Father Yun, Yun Weicheng, chuckled warmly, his deep voice filled with affection as he kissed the top of her head. "Anytime, princess."

"I'm gonna name her Peaches." Yun Xiyan said smiling widely as she kisses the puppy's head lovingly. "Okay Peaches it is, princess." Father Yun smiles.

Though Father Yun was now in his fifties, his presence still commanded attention. Standing tall at over 190 cm, his features were as strong and refined as they had ever been. His broad shoulders and chiseled face made it clear — the Yun family genes were strong, having passed down to both Shenyue and Zhenhao.

Yun Xiyan lowered the playful puppy to the ground, watching with amusement as it scurried around, tail wagging in pure joy.

"Now, it's time for my present," Mother Yun announced with a smile, her voice calm and graceful.

Su Zhenling, known in high society as Madam Yun, had a presence that could stop any conversation in its tracks. Elegant and commanding, she was the only woman, aside from Madam Li, who could command a room with a single glance. The only daughter of the wealthy Su Family from S Country, her marriage to the powerful Yun Family in B Country cemented her status as a woman of both grace and influence.

Mother Yun excitedly stepped forward, the staff behind her holding huge shopping bags which she could see from the logo is a designer dress. She then hands out two beautifully wrapped packages in her hands. The elegant wrapping caught the light, adding to the air of anticipation. With a delighted smile, she glanced at her daughter and then pulled her into a tight hug.

"Mom... are we going for a girls' day?" Yun Xiyan asked, her voice bubbling with excitement.

Mother Yun nodded, her face glowing with happiness. "Yes, dear. We're going on an all-expenses-paid trip to the salon, spa, and then the mall. A full day of pampering, just for us. And also new dresses for you dear."

Yun Xiyan's heart swelled with joy, and she wrapped her arms around her mother. "I'm so happy. I love you all so much," she said, her voice soft with gratitude.

But before the moment could linger, a cough sounded from behind her. It was her second older brother, Yun Zhenhao.

"Alright, alright, it's time for the main event. My present," Zhenhao said with a cheeky grin, clearly enjoying the spotlight. Yun Shenyue, on the other hand, just rolled his eyes at his younger brother's antics.

"Happy Birthday Yanyan," Yun Zhenhao continued, handing her a sleek envelope, "I present to you an all-you-can-eat voucher for any of my restaurants or bars. You can bring as many people as you want — invite all your friends, Yanyan."

Yun Xiyan's face lit up with genuine excitement. She loved food, and the thought of an unlimited feast at her brother's establishments made her heart race. "An all-you-can-eat voucher? YES, PLEASE!" she exclaimed, almost bouncing with joy.

But Yun Shenyue wasn't impressed. He flicked the back of Yun Zhenhao's head with a smirk. "That's not a gift for Yanyan," he said, mocking his younger brother. "That's just a clever way to boost your business."

Yun Zhenhao shot him a glare, his expression shifting to a playful scowl. "Says the brother who just got her jewelry as a gift. As if she doesn't have enough of those already."

Yun Shenyue's eyes narrowed sharply as he turned to glare at his younger brother, irritation rising in his voice. "You—!"

Before he could get another word out, Mother Yun stepped in gracefully, her tone firm but calm. "Alright, that's enough, you two."

Yun Zhenhao, ever the playful one, stuck out his tongue at Shenyue like a mischievous child, earning a sharp, unamused look from his older brother.

"It's Yanyan's special day. No fighting," Mother Yun added, her voice leaving no room for argument.

Just then, Father Yun cast a single warning glance at his sons — a quiet but powerful gesture. The room instantly fell silent. Even the ever-confident Zhenhao straightened up, and Shenyue calmly adjusted his sleeve as if nothing had happened.

Yun Xiyan couldn't help but giggle softly. Even the two most formidable men in the family still bowed to the invisible authority of their father.

Clearing his throat, Father Yun signaled the staff, who brought forward a stunning birthday cake adorned with delicate frosting and glowing candles. The lights dimmed slightly as the candles were lit, casting a warm, flickering glow across her face.

As everyone began to sing the birthday song, Xiyan closed her eyes and pressed her hands together in a silent prayer.

"I hope my family stays safe, healthy, and happy… I wish for Huahua to live a long, joyful life with me… and for Li Mochen… I promise you'll get your happiness too."

A gentle smile touched her lips as she leaned forward and blew out the candles, the flame flickering out in a single breath.

Applause filled the room as cameras flashed and laughter bubbled in the background. It was a short celebration, but one filled with love and meaning.

After the final photo was taken, Mother Yun turned to her daughter with a gentle smile. "Yanyan, dear, this Saturday we'll be hosting your official coming-of-age banquet here at the Yun Family Mansion. Now that you're twenty, you're stepping into a new chapter. As your mother, I only wish for you to stay as joyful and radiant as you are now."

Yun Xiyan looked at her mother with affection, her heart full. "I know, Mom. Don't worry, I'll always listen to you." Mother Yun smiles gently and kisses her cheek, "I'm rest assured then. Go and have fun now, it's your birthday." With that she walks away to her office room.

Yun Xiyan then asks for the staff to help her take her gifts back to her room, she walks upstairs to see that all the gifts have been placed neatly inside her closet. She takes off her Tiffany's jewelry set and changed it into the one her Big Brother Shenyue gave her.

"H" is the brand one of the most expensive and valuable fine jewelerry in the world. She puts the matching necklace and earrings on, and it instantly brightens up her face. She grabs her phone on the table and takes a photo of herself wearing the gift, she takes multiple photos and send it to her Big Brother Shenyue.

Meanwhile, at Yun Corporation—

Yun Shenyue sat at the head of a sleek conference table, his expression unreadable as he listened to yet another disappointing presentation from the sales department. His mood, despite earlier joy over Yanyan's birthday, had steadily plummeted the longer the slideshow dragged on.

The air in the room was tense — stifling, even. The sales director, beads of sweat forming at his temples, was doing his best to finish, but the silence from the CEO's end of the table felt like a blade slowly sharpening.

"Please just end my misery, boss… I want to go home…" the poor man silently pleaded, clutching his notes like a lifeline.

Then, a sudden buzz echoed through the conference room.

The director flinched. His heart jumped. Wait... I turned my phone off... didn't I? He double-checked his pockets in panic.

But to everyone's shock, it was Yun Shenyue who reached into his suit jacket and calmly retrieved his phone. The directors all stiffened. No one dared to breathe.

Shenyue glanced down, unlocked his phone... and the moment his eyes landed on the screen, the cold in his expression melted like ice under the sun.

Thank you for the gift, Big Brother! Yanyan loves it so much! ♡

A small, rare smile tugged at the corners of his lips. Without hesitation, he saved both pictures, typed a quick reply, and tucked his phone away — all while the entire board stared in disbelief.

"That was my little sister, Yanyan" he said curtly, voice softer than usual. "It's her birthday today."

As if the spell had broken, the once-tense room suddenly felt breathable again.

The sales director blinked, then quickly bowed. "Of course — happy birthday to the Young Miss!" he exclaimed with a nervous but relieved grin.

The other directors chimed in, each more eager than the last to echo his sentiment. "Happy birthday to the Young Miss!"

Yun Shenyue gave a faint, almost amused smile. To them, it was a lifeline. The sales director nearly sagged in relief. "Our Young Miss... our saviour!" he thought to himself.

Shenyue stood up, straightening the cuffs of his suit. "Fix the presentation," he said calmly, "and present it to me again tomorrow."

With that, he turned and walked out, his loyal secretary hurrying behind him — and the entire room exhaled as one. The sales director knees finally caved in and lean back towards the wall. "My goodness I survived." The marketing director stands up and pats his friend in the back, "Thank the Young Miss for that."

Yun Xiyan didn't know ever since this day, the sales director has been worshipping her.
