Keshav and Jasmine sat down together to discuss the growing needs of their guild. It had been a few days since they had formed the guild. Although they had leveled upto level 84 and level 81 respectively but they had already started to feel the weight of managing everything on their own. The list of tasks seemed to grow longer each day, from finding best selling price for heart stone to handling dungeon slot booking. Jasmine suggested they hire someone to manage these tasks, but Keshav was hesitant at first.
[To persuade him] Jasmine continued, "Keshav, think about it. We can't handle everything on our own forever. We need to focus on leveling up and getting stronger, not get bogged down by paperwork and logistics. Plus, we need someone we can trust to handle these important tasks for us."
[Still skeptical] Keshav replied, "I get what you're saying, Jasmine, but it's not easy finding someone we can trust. We need to make sure they won't betray us or leak any sensitive information like except for 2 of us all other players in our guild are fake made by you using your skill
[Assuring him] Jasmine nodded in agreement, "You're right, it's crucial to find someone we can trust, especially given the secret of our guild. But I have a few ideas on how we can find a suitable candidate and ensure their loyalty."
Keshav asked curiosly "What is your idea?"
Jasmine smiled mischievously before replying, "Well, I was thinking we could conduct a test. We would give them a few tasks to see how they handle things, and if they do well, we'll test their loyalty by setting up a scenario where we pretend to have an argument or some kind of conflict. We'll see how they handle the situation and if they try to take advantage of it or if they stay loyal to us."
Keshav asked "And what will be their test of loyalty "
Jasmine replied, "Well, we would create a fake conflict or argument between us and watch how they react. If they try to take advantage of the situation or try to gain something for themselves, it would be a clear sign that they're not loyal. But if they remain calm and stay loyal to us, we can assume that they're trustworthy and can be relied upon."
Keshav commented "Anyone joining us would know that we are together from school days by doing little search about us like our social media account. So if we create a conflict between us soon after they join. they would doubt whether its true or a test."
Jasmine nodded in agreement, "You're right, Keshav. It's important to consider the timing of our fake conflict. We don't want to create doubt in their minds about our relationship. Maybe we can wait a bit before staging the conflict. That way, they'll have time to get to know us better and hopefully form a bond of trust before we test their loyalty."
Keshav suggested "How about after some time you control one of the fakes to suggest the one we hired about forging the selling price of blood stones with both of them taking a cut."
Jasmine thought about it for a moment and responded, "That could actually work. We could have one of the fakes suggest the idea of forging the selling price to our new hire. We could also set up a scenario where it seems like they're catching us in the act, but in reality, it's all part of our plan to test their loyalty. We could even make it seem like we're angry with them, but secretly, we're watching to see how they react."
Keshav said "Lets do it then."
Jasmine nodded in agreement, "Sounds good to me. Let's start planning this scenario and get ready to test our new hire's loyalty."
Keshav said teasingly "To test loyalty we need to hire someone first"
Jasmine laughed and rolled her eyes playfully. "You're right, I almost forgot. We do need to actually find someone to hire first before we can test their loyalty."
She pulled out her phone from her pocket and started scrolling. "Well, let's start by looking through some potential candidates. We need to find someone who's reliable, trustworthy, and has experience in handling paperwork and managing logistics."
Keshav nodded in agreement, "Yeah, we don't want to choose someone who's going to cause us more problems than they solve."
As they scrolled through potential candidates, Jasmine suggested, "What about this person? Their resume looks impressive. They have experience in managing a small business, and they seem to have good organizational skills."
Keshav looked at the profile and replied, "Yeah, they do look like a promising candidate. But we should still conduct a thorough background check on them and maybe even do a video call to get a better sense of their personality."
Jasmine agreed and said, "You're right, Keshav. We need to make sure they're someone we can trust. We should check their social media accounts, look into their past employment history, and see if we can find any red flags. And a video call is a good idea to get a sense of their personality and how they communicate."
Keshav added, "We should also ask for references from their previous employer to get an idea of their work ethics. And we should definitely ask them about their views on loyalty and honesty."
Jasmine smiled and said, "I like the way you think, Keshav. You're always thinking ahead. But don't forget, we also need to consider their salary and benefits. We don't want to overburden ourselves financially, but we also don't want to underpay them for their skills and experience."
Keshav nodded and said, "You're right, Jasmine. We need to strike a balance between their salary and our own financial stability. Let's make sure we come up with a reasonable offer that is fair to them and to us."
Jasmine agreed and said, "Sounds like a plan. Let's contact this candidate and schedule a video call. We can discuss all this in more detail and get a better sense of whether they'll be a good fit for our guild."
Keshav said "Also lets hide that other members are fake as long as possible"
Jasmine agreed and said, "Yes, let's try to keep the secret of the fake members from anyone we hire. We don't want outsiders to find out about your unique power. We'll just say that the rest of the guild members are busy leveling up and that's why they're not around much."
Keshav then said "If the hire wants to meet other members just take control of them and let them meet but rarely."
Jasmine nodded and said, "That's a good idea, Keshav. We can take control of the fake members and let the hire meet them occasionally to keep them from being too suspicious. But we'll make sure not to let them meet all the 'members' at once and not too often, so it doesn't look too strange."
Then suddenly thinking of something Keshav said "As the money from selling blood stones will go through the hire we will need to set up bank accounts for our members, to not make him suspicious that other members are not taking any money. We already have IDs for the fakes so it will be easy to do it. But in reality we 2 will be using the money from their accounts."
Jasmine nodded in agreement and said, "That's a good point, Keshav. We'll need to set up individual bank accounts for each fake member to make it look more realistic. And we'll have to find a way to transfer the money from the sale of blood stones to our own accounts without the hire noticing."
Keshav said "We don't need to transfer money to our account as we can just use their cards."
Jasmine smiled and said, "You're right, Keshav. That would be the more discreet approach. We wouldn't need to transfer the money ourselves, we could just use their cards to make purchases and withdrawals as needed. But we'll have to be careful not to make any suspicious or large transactions that would raise eyebrows."
Keshav suggested "To make big transactions you can just make deal by controlling their bodies."
Jasmine considered his suggestion and said, "That could work, Keshav. We could have the fake members make deals with other players and vendors using their bodies. They wouldn't be able to protest since it's actually us controlling them. And we could make sure to make deals that benefit the guild."
Keshav said while standing up "Then lets get them a bank account and also a phone as hire will ask phone of all members in case he need to contact."
Keshav said "As its impossible to know if the hire will look into accounts to verify the money. I'll also need to set up fake profiles on social media to make fake person appear real."
Jasmine agreed and said, "That's a good idea, Keshav. We'll need to create fake profiles on all social media platforms for the fake members, so they appear real. We'll need to create believable background stories, pictures, and other personal information to make them seem as authentic as possible. And we'll need to make sure to regularly update the accounts to make them look active and maintain their covers."
Keshav said "While we're at it. We also need to create an attractive background/personality for one of the fake members as we need someone to distract the hire so that they never suspect that all other members are fake."
