A bright morning, the sun shining brightly but not feeling hot, the air cool.
Drops of water trickled down from the roof tiles and puddles were everywhere.
That condition made everyone look happy and peaceful, yet there was a person who was not happy to see it.
"Ugh, this sun is so dazzling!" Aswa covered his face with his hand to shield the sunlight from hitting his face.
Aswa walked to school with other students. Unlike the others, Aswa looked unenthusiastic.
"Yaaawwwnn..." Aswa yawned long with sleepy eyes.
"I really shouldn't have gone home after the fight!" Aswa muttered.
Then Aswa saw an Angkot (public minivan), where many children wearing his school uniform were boarding.
"Come on, get on! Come on, get on! Today is the first day, there's a special promo discount! Ride the angkot for free! Only this once!! Come on!" said someone who looked like the conductor.
On the angkot was written, MERAYU SOUTH.
Aswa who saw that smiled, "Free? Well, that's nice!" He headed to the angkot.
"You want to ride too, young man? Great, great, make sure you enjoy it! Come on! Come on! Who else wants to get on?!" the conductor shouted.
Inside the angkot, there were already 10 people from Meruya Selatan High School,
"The number looks full! If so, let's go now!!" the driver said.
The angkot started moving, just a few minutes into the ride Aswa had already fallen asleep inside. He leaned his head back.
Besides Aswa, the kids seemed enthusiastic. They chatted with each other.
"Are you new too?!" a female student asked.
"Yes... I'm a first-year student!" another female student replied.
"Eh, you're also a first year? Then we're the same!" someone else joined the conversation.
"Looks like they're all first-year students here?!"
A male student raised his hand, "I'm a second-year student."
Everyone fell silent and looked at the male student, except Aswa, who was asleep.
"Wow!! So you're a senior?!" a female student exclaimed.
"Yes, something like that, but don't worry! I'm not one of those troublemakers who cause problems!"
Everyone looked relieved and sighed.
"By the way, that fight the other day was really insane, right?! After they were defeated, this school became more peaceful, didn't it?!" the first female student asked.
"True. Let them feel what it's like to be beaten by someone else!" someone else said.
"I guess they're embarrassed, beaten by just one person, haha!!"
"Haha," they all laughed.
