Honestly, this is not 100% ACCURATE, I write this chapter and will update it whenever I decide to add new Arc.
I wrote this chapter so I could have a 'route' or 'scenario' where my story is going, so I don't lose motivation 'too soon'.
Technically, this fanfic should have over 60 + chapters if everything was done correctly and entire DXD was written, but let's be honest, I have tendency to drop fanfics so it will at most rock 15-30 chapters.
Right now I'm at 22th Chapter, 2k words per chapter.

1-3 Chapters.
MC Adjusting to his now 'her's' new life as 'baby'
Summoning and Information gathering-ARC
4-9 Chapters
MC summons her first Hunters, and proceeds to order them to start gathering informations about Supernatural society.
Time Skip- 2 years -ARC
10-12 Chapters
Shows progress of MC's organization for two years, interactions between MC and his Summons, planning for future.
Training-ARC
13-16 Chapters
MC is 6 year old, and finally start on healthy exorcises, Mana Control.
More interaction between MC and his summons.
School-ARC
17-19 Chapters
MC is of age for school, She off course began going to school once again.
Stray Devil attacks his school, first time contact with 'Devil Peerage' [Maybe, I don't know]
MC ends ups meeting 'child' Issei of sAme age as she, same classroom too.
Church-ARC
Church finds out about MC's potential for wielding Holy Swords and 'attempts' to 'recruit' her.
20- Might be included later in future and Church may serve as main antagonist for some time.
But they did not know that MC had Satan-Class Hunters, so MC's protection is guaranted.
National Hunter Summoning- ARC
MC summons her first National-Authority level Hunter, I will just call them National-Level in the story from now on.
First National Level would either be one of these three: Thomas Andre, Christopher Reed or Liu Zhigang.
22-25 Chapters at most.
Mind, MC is 6 or 7 year old at this point.
Another Time-Skip - 3 years -ARC
MC is now 9 or 10 year old.
25-28 Chapters.
[System] finally allows MC to enter Instance Dungeons, MC starts becoming stronger. And true training begins.
MC will eventually buy Rhongomyniad from System too.
MC quickly becomes stronger at rapid speed with System's help, and MC's organization spread from just Japan into whole Asia, they are still training to be secretive as much as possible.
And of course, with Thomas Andre [If he was picked from pool of summons], MC's organization has hold over North America too.
MC summons another National-Level Hunter, this one probably will be Christopher Reed or Liu Zhigang, so MC's Human Faction has firm control over Asia or Europe, depending which one was summoned.
This is only supposed draft, more will be added later.
