The monsters were speechless and frozen in place. Ryo, disappointed by their lack of response, raised an eyebrow in frustration. Without hesitation, he decided to run straight toward the monsters. One by one, the monsters fall dead by Ryo's punches and kicks. Ryo is about to punch an Orc who dressed like shaman when the Orc suddenly screamed. "Waiiiittttt! Don't kill meee!" the Orc screamed.
Ryo halted, his fist mere inches from the Orc's face. "Why not?" he asked, his voice calm but firm.
The Orc nervously replied, "B-because I can be useful to you!" "I'm a necromancer! I can resurrect dead creatures, bringing them back to life without any time limit. I can make them your loyal servants! I can even alter their appearance—turn them into beautiful elf women and make them your slaves!" the Orc stammered, desperation clear in its voice. Suddenly, Ryo had an idea. "Hmmm, that's quite an interesting ability," he muttered, pausing to think. After several seconds, he replied, "You said you can change the appearance of the resurrected creature. If you can turn one into someone like the royal guard Aisha, I'll let you live."
"What!? The royal guard Aisha? Haha! You've got good taste," the Orc laughed. "I can do that, but you'll need to lend me some mana potions. I assume you have plenty with you."
"Show me the list of your abilities first," Ryo said, wanting to make sure the Orc wasn't lying about his powers.
The Orc nodded and, with a flick of his hand, a translucent screen appeared in front of Ryo, displaying the following:
***********************************************************************************************
Touch of Darkness: Heal target creature or self up to 600 points.
Fountain of Blood: [Passive skill] Generates 8 life points per second.
Rising Moon: Resurrect target creature. Lifespan: 30 seconds.
Rising Eclipse: Resurrect target creature without lifespan limit. Option to transform the resurrected creature's physical appearance.
***********************************************************************************************
Ryo studied the list carefully, considering the implications of each ability.
"Sure," Ryo said, and a light magic circle appeared in his palm. A bottle of potion materialized, and Ryo placed his palm near the Orc. The Orc immediately grabbed the potion, removed the lid, and drank it.
"Ahhhhh. Thank you, my new master," the Orc smiled at Ryo, feeling refreshed as his mana quickly restored to full. "Now just wait there."
The Orc hurried over to a massive dead Orc lying on the ground. As he stood, he cast his spell. Light emanated from his hands and the dead body of the Orc. Slowly, the corpse began to transform into a beautiful elf woman. Once the transformation was complete, the elf woman stood gracefully.
The necromancer Orc spoke proudly. "Master, does she look like the royal guard Aisha you mentioned earlier?"
Ryo was left in awe. "Amazing! She really looks like Aisha."
"All right! We will name her Aisha as well." The Orc nodded. "Now, Aisha, go to your new master. You must serve him from now on."
The elf woman, her expression blank, obediently walked towards Ryo at the Orc's command.
When the Elf woman stood in front of Ryo, she began speaking. "Master, from now on, I will serve you with you with all my life and soul."
Without hesitation, Ryo chopped the Elf woman's neck with his hand. Her head detached from her body, falling and rolling to the ground. Her lifeless body collapse soon after.
The Shaman Orc visibly startled, stammered. "Master I thought you---"
"Aisha the royal guard is my dream rival. Ryo said coldly, his gaze unwavering. I wish to defeat and kill her someday." Ryo turned his back and walked away, but the necromancer still followed. "Master, do you need anything? Just let me know—I can help you," the necromancer orc said politely.
Ryo replied, "I want to rest. Can you bring me a comfortable, fragrant bed?"
"Oh, Master, I apologize, but here in this prison, we all sleep on the grassy ground," the necromancer orc said apologetically.
Ryo was disappointed after hearing what the necromancer Orc said.

Later that night, Princess Jewel went to the palace office. She approached Roja, who was sitting at the desk. "Roja, tell me, what was the court's decision about Ryo?" the princess asked eagerly.
"Death sentence," Roja said, and the princess was shocked upon hearing it. "Ryo violated the law of leveling up. Thus, he was sentenced to death by the court of Birigan. This is a common law that we all know, yet that Ryo guy didn't mind disobeying it. If he was just a little smarter, he could have simply stayed in the military if he wanted to become stronger."
"I will appeal to the court then. I will be his witness and tell them that he is not as evil as they think," the princess declared.
"I hope that you succeed, Princess. Ryo is sentenced to death tomorrow in the grand stadium of Lenor City. The high-ranking military officials ordered me to carry out the execution, but I refused. I told them I only follow orders from my Lord, Princess Jewel. So, I think they might send someone else to do the job."
"Thank you for your loyalty, Roja. You are indeed my greatest servant," Princess Jewel replied passionately.
Roja stood from his chair and bowed to Princess Jewel. "Anything for my princess. I will do it."

"What's happening to me, why does my head fells like spinning? I think I'm gonna puke!"
"Are you okay?" Liri asked Wei worriedly.
Wei stood from his seat and immediately ran to the bar's door. He went outside and vomited on the sidewalk. "Am I poisoned" Wei wondered. It was his first time getting drunk, and he wasn't familiar with the feeling, so he checked his status.

"So this is how it feels to be drunk. You feel very happy, but the world around you starts spinning."
Liri followed Wei outside the bar and stood next to him. "Oh, I never thought you could drink all day—you're so strong! However, I think that's enough. You can pay your bill now!" she said with a wide smile.
"Did you say I was drinking all day?" Wei was confused.
"Yes you did! And this is your bill! Carol smiled while showing a translucent screen to Wei.

"Drunk potion???" So I was like under a spell?!?!?" Wei exclaimed. After realizing what had happened to him, he turned angrily to Liri. "You're a scam! How could you put me under a spell just to make me buy drinks?!"
"Oh, please calm down, my friend. I was just trying to make some money. You're a rich merchant, after all, right? And you enjoyed the drinks."
"I'm never coming back to this stupid place again!" Disappointed, Wei placed his right thumbmark on the screen.

"Wow! You really have a lot of money! Thank you so much for drinking with me!" Liri said, pleased after seeing Wei complete the payment. Wei turned his back and left without saying another word. He was too upset. Meanwhile, Liri immediately went back inside the bar. Still feeling dizzy, Wei had no idea where to go next. He wandered aimlessly through the streets of Lenor in the middle of the night. After several minutes, he reached a plaza where a large stadium stood. Wei felt incredibly sleepy, and his vision was still spinning. Unable to handle his drunkenness any longer, he slowly collapsed to the ground and fell asleep.

Roja had just accompanied Princess Jewel back to her room. While walking through the palace hallway, a screen appeared in front of him—it was General Sylvaris calling him.
"Roja, why are you disobeying your superior's order?" said General Sylvaris.
"I thought I already made it clear. I will only obey my master, Princess Jewel," Roja replied.
"Fool. Even the royal family is bound by Birigan law, and Birigan laws are not made by us but by the goddess Vaelthara. So, who do you think you are disobeying? And do you think your disobedience will go unpunished?" General Sylvaris scolded Roja.
Roja paused, unable to reply to General Sylvaris.
