Rein was shocked...but he smirked after it.
'This time, I will have a chance for sure. I will have an army of overpowered villagers!' he smiled as he thought in his mind. The thing was, he could already imagine the outcome of this battle.
He calculated that they will have hope in surviving this.....
He did not know that vassalage has that kind of purpose.....and having such OP skill.
He thought that he was not that strong too...unlike his ascended fellows there that were lifting logs of trees and were waving goodbye at him.
He was not that strong! .....he felt that jealous but he knew that he could maybe do that too soon.
"Hey hey, I can lift logs now!" Said the male youth that has a bandage on his chest.
"Yeah. Me too! I can life rocks like its nothing!" Also said by a male youth that has a scar on his shoulders.
"What!? So weak, I can lift our house!" Said the female youth to the two boys.
They were looking at her with great disbelief. And the two boys were ashamed even to be compared to them. Her name was Roan, a beaty but stronger than the boys.
She got a skill that made her does things that were extraordinary. Apparently, she got the skill upon ascent. She gained a good number of suitors in the process.
"Hey, I bet master Rein is stronger by a few times!"
"Yes yes! I bet too!"
They all yelled and Rein was stupefied. He looked stupid upon all of their growth.
"No no guys, I am not that strong!" Rein protested.
"Oh master is being humble.... I see, he wanted to hide his true powers, yes that's it! As expected from our Lord and Master!" Roan said with reverence.
His vassals all thought and said that their master was stronger by multiple times.
Rein was ashamed to say it but they were too strong and he could not be compared....he thought that it was just a misunderstanding.
They just misunderstood his strength.....or so he thought.
Then Rein remembered, he still has to train them all and the trainer reward was still waiting...
They immediately prepared to train and Rein called them....all of the villagers came and they all came to see what this was all about.
Some of them were looking forward to what it would be and were surprised that they would have to become another batch of defense force. Making all of them a soldier was easier than the norm. Plus all of them were excited!
First he called the youth defense force and then make them assist the other villagers. They all gave a wooden sword to them and passed it all along. They finished handing out and then they all were ready.
Rein was standing on their front and was ready to impart his skill. His plan was, first to make them imitate his moves then second was spar with each other. Honing their skills of their fighting capabilities.
"First of all, we must all train and all of us are the defense force of the village. They outnumbered us but we will die fighting! Now, we must all prepare and kill them all!" Rein shouted like a General.
They first made a practice to slash their weapons. Their swings were fast enough and they were able to swing it in near perfection. As their strength and speed were too much to handle.
They started the training and then they were getting the hang of it. Then next step was practical lesson. They were worried that they can't learn how to spar but Rein want them to learn it. And so, they were paired with each other and they began fighting.
They slashed and slashed and their slashes were sending shockwaves. Not even the wooden sword was able to withstand the continuous clash of their weapons.
Rein on the contrary, was tense, as he was thinking whether he could receive their blows one after another.
Then the time has come. He has to spar with Kenny and all of them were now watching their Lord. They looked forward to his greatness in which Rein was tense and pressured.
He was having elevated blood pressure and he did not know whether he could last or not.
They were too strong for him to spar with. But Rein was confident with his weapon handling and mastery. Maybe soon, they will learn to master his skill Swordsmanship too.
They they faced each other, he was up against Kenny. And he was stronger than his peers. They clenched his sword and with a tight grip, he held his sword upright.
"Ready, begin!" Shouted Gurdur.
He immediately smashed his sword and then the two clashed. Boom! Their swords smashed against each other and the attack was very heavy for Rein.
"Urgh, so heavy and strong! Are they this strong all this time? It felt like weights a ton!" He nearly let go of the sword and then they stepped back from each other.
"They were strong but they need to know how to control their strength." And so Rein adjusted in sword handling and his maneuvers to let them learn how to control their strength.
He used to be a good one in kendo and applied it. Plus he had some knowledge of Kali. He made the sword slide to his opponent and then made a slash after evading its strike. Making them see that everything was not all about raw power. Weapon mastery too!
And so, they learned how to be tricky in their sparring. Some were now using feigns and counters. As well as parries and deflect. Making Kenny to be amazed again to his Lord.
"As expected of our master! He is a master trainer!" Kenny shouted.
Rein was ashamed again. He immediately said, "I am not yet a master, we will find a proper master later on."
"I see I see, sorry for my rudeness!" Kenny kowtowed three times.
They trained a bit and they became the defense force of the tribe as well as scout.
He trained them and perfectionist skill activated.

The Defense Patrol was assigned to Roan, Border patrol to Kenny, and Internal Security to Klien. They became their team leaders.
Then they made a scout team from the border patrol and found that the goblins will attack and made a camp nearby.....
An all out war would come soon and they needed to prepare for it...
