The wind Chakra enhanced honey badger moved through the Rock shinobi like a silent hunter tearing through their ranks with his wind enhanced claws and wind enhanced fangs. Not even 5 minutes after they landed, apart from the five members that escaped the original Usagi, all the other members of the demolition squad were slain swiftly.
All that remained were the five out of fifty ninjas who wanted to flee.

Aftermath
"Tsunade sama, it is over." The shadow clone of Usagi reported to Tsunade.
"Over ?" Tsunade didn't understand what Usagi was talking about. Not even 10 minutes had passed before Usagi had told her to activate the barrier. And it is already over ?
"Yes, Tsunade sama. All the intruders have been taken care of. You can lower the barrier. My name body has eliminated most of the intruders and has captured 6 of them. I will keep an eye on the sensory barrier. I think my main body will need you to deal with the aftermath. She is not good with those things." The shadow clone of Usagi informed Tsunade.
Tsunade, after hearing the shadow clone was really surprised. But she immediately deactivated the barrier and went to help her junior to deal with the aftermath. When Tsunade came out of the main building inside the camp, she was surprised to see the completely intact base. Even though she already knew that the barrier had protected the entire base, it was really a surprise to see with her own eyes. Quickly going outside the logistic base, Tsunade found multiple dead bodies of Iwa jonins all around the fence. She also spotted the happy honey badger pet of Usagi which was dragging the corpses of a few Iwa Jonis, probably the spoil of his own victory. She didn't have to worry about finding Usagi. Shiro took Tsunade to the spot where Usagi was.
Usagi had gathered all her captured shinobi inside a sphere shaped barrier.
All of the captured shinobi had some kind of seal running throughout their bodies. Tsunade didn't know the details of exactly when she captured them, but she was relieved that Usagi was safe and sound.
"Tsunade sama…. I… Can I take a bath please ?" Tsunade was not expecting that question. But looking at how uncomfortable Usagi looked with blood on her body, Tsunade understood that the girl was not your typical battle hardened shinobi.
"Take Shiro with you. And leave a shadow clone to maintain the barrier. I will handle the cleaning up myself." Tsunade said without any hesitation. Unknowingly, she didn't realise that she had just seen blood and was completely fine. The presence of her child that she could never call her own, has somehow managed to cure her haemophobia without her realization.
Usagi, who had expected Tsunade to tremble at the sight of blood, was also surprised. But she didn't linger on it for long since she had a new kekkei genkai to claim. She was also hoping that the great sage would be able to recreate wood style after getting earth style chakra.
//Two days later, in the hidden leaf hokage tower
The legendary F4 of the hidden leaf was sitting in a meeting room, discussing the recent major move from the hidden stone that failed spectacularly.
"What Orochimaru did is brilliant. I don't think anyone else could have done better. Sending his summons to capture small animals and using them as living explosives to throw off the hidden stone army is really brilliant. Even though our own Ninjas suffered some casualties, it was a necessary sacrifice that allowed us to push back hidden stones from the border of the land of Fire." Danzo said approvingly. He knew that Hiruzen was planning to step down from his seat of hokage after the war was over. But he also knew that Hiruzen didn't want him to be the next hokage. That's why Danzo has started supporting one of Hiruzen's students, Orochimaru. Orochimaru was ruthless and had darkness. It was something that Danzo could control. Anyone else in his place would have tried to maintain the status quo in front of Tsuchikage himself. But Orochimaru, with his brilliant yet inhuman move, had claimed the life of 500 Iwa jonins and then survived a clash with Onoki himself. So, Danzo didn't hesitate to take this chance and show his support for Orochimaru. This achievement was something that even Hiruzen cannot ignore.
"50 of our own genins died…." Hiruzen said solemnly. Not because he cared about those 50 genins, but because he didn't want Danzo to gain upper hand in the conversation.
"Hiruzen, you can't be serious ! You are comparing the lives of 50 genins with 500 Jonins ? That's ridiculous !" Danzo raised his voice.
Seeing that both Hiruzen and Danzo were going to start another heated debate, Homura and Koharu decided to step in.
"Hiruzen, Danzo, we should discuss the main problem of this recent attack. We all know that the move from Tsuchikage was just a diversion." Homura spoke up.
"Yes. Their main objective was our rear logistic base. If this plan had succeeded then we would have been forced into a very dangerous situation." Koharu added.
"Indeed. Tsunade and Usagi performed wonderfully. Not only did they defeat the entire squad of 50 Iwa Jonins, but also protected the entire base. I have already dispatched two teams of Ninjas to bring back the 6 prisoners they had captured. According to the report sent by Tsunade, the entire squad of shinobi was formed by two types of shinobi. The first type could use "Earth style lightweight boulder jutsu." while the other half had "explosion release" kekkei genkai. There is no doubt that this was a tactical squad under Onoki. These two combinations are extremely terrifying." Hiruzen said with a smile on his face.

And now Hiruzen was talking about another girl with the same tone that he talked about Sakumo and Minato. It frustrated Danzo to no end. "So, what should be our strategy to answer the hidden stone ? If we let this attack unanswered, then will they grow only bold ?" Homura raised another important question.
"I suggest we commence a similar attack, destroying the logistic base of the hidden stone. But unlike them, we will succeed." Danzo immediately proposed the idea. Originally he was planning to send Sakumo on a dangerous mission to the hidden sand and exposing his location to the sand shinobi. But that plan failed because Usagi discovered about the death of the third kazekage after her encounter with Sasori. But this time he was determined to take care of the thorn on his path to the hokage seat.
"....So who do you suggest we should send for a mission like this ?" Hiruzen asked after taking a drag from his smoking pipe.
"I recommend Sakumo Hatake. I will also land my best agents to clear up the path for him. With his strength and strategic mind, he should be able to complete the task without much problem." Danzo, waiting for this question, answered without hesitation.
"... Alright, I will sanction this mission. Gathering information about their base is your duty. Once you gather every information about their base in detail, we will attack." Hiruzen agreed after thinking for a while.
The F4 of the hidden leaf continued to discuss different plans to win the war.
