King Cold was shocked.
With his level of strength, he couldn't believe someone had appeared behind him without him noticing.
He spun around with a grave expression. "Who are you?"
When the Earth fighters saw that it was Cado who had arrived, a collective sigh of relief swept over them—as if a savior had descended.
"Me? I'm the one you've been oh-so-eager to find." Cado replied casually, wearing a faint smile.
"Heh, I didn't expect you to actually show yourself. You must have a death wish," King Cold said dismissively, his tone regaining arrogance.
Cado simply shook his head, exasperated. "No wonder you're related. You and your son have the same annoying way of talking."
By this point in the timeline, Future Trunks should've already arrived and easily dealt with this guy.
But a few days ago, Cado had received a mission from the system—one he couldn't ignore. The reward was just too tempting: take out King Cold and his battle power would double.
"Die!"
King Cold's eyes suddenly turned fierce.
His massive frame moved with astonishing speed, and in a flash, he was already in front of Cado.
With a mighty roar, he raised a massive fist and slammed it downward in a brutal overhead punch, aiming straight for Cado's skull.

The mighty King Cold was now begging for his life.

Even though he wasn't physically hurt yet, King Cold knew deep down that he wasn't even close to being a match for this young man.
Let someone else avenge his son. He was done.

Cado looked at him mockingly.

Before King Cold could finish, Cado's fist punched clean through his chest.
King Cold's eyes were bloodshot as he coughed up blood.
Cado withdrew his fist.
He then grabbed King Cold's body with one hand and hurled it high into the sky.
"Haa!"
With a casual motion, Cado fired a beam of energy.

The sky lit up like a dazzling firework.
King Cold's energy vanished completely from Earth.
Another looming threat had been eliminated—just like that.

The system's voice rang in Cado's mind.

Everyone turned to stare.
The craft landed slowly before them.
A hatch opened from the top, and out jumped a blue-haired teen.
His eyes scanned the crowd in disbelief.
Then he slowly asked. "Where are Frieza and King Cold? They should've arrived on Earth by now!"
"Huh? You're here to protect Earth too?"
"No need, Frieza's long gone. And King Cold? Cado just wiped him out!" Goku said, grinning as he walked over and patted the boy on the shoulder.
"WHAT?!"
The teen was stunned.
This made no sense—they were supposed to arrive around this time…
Then, be defeated by Goku.
But things had clearly changed.
And… who the heck was Cado? He didn't exist in his timeline at all!
"Wait… that guy… is that… Uncle Goku?!"
The teen looked at Goku in disbelief.
His confusion only grew.
This wasn't right. Goku shouldn't be here yet at this point in the timeline.
"Goku… can you turn into a Super Saiyan?" the teen asked cautiously.
"Huh?" Goku blinked. "What's a Super Saiyan? Sounds cool though!"
Now the teen was truly speechless.
This wasn't the history he knew.
Why didn't Goku know about Super Saiyans?!
"Hey! Cado! Do you know what a Super Saiyan is?" Goku shouted over to him.
Cado had already noticed the new arrival.
With a leap, he landed next to them.
Meanwhile, Vegeta, still lying on the ground, weakly opened one eye and murmured, "…Super… Saiyan?"
"Of course I know what a Super Saiyan is." Cado said with a smile, carefully sizing up the mysterious young man.
