Ben woke up at around 5:30 am. It was the first working day of the week. He had to go to school. The class starts at 8 am, he has to start from here at around 7:15-7:30 am. His entire body was sore from yesterday. He moved himself with some effort and did his morning chores. While he was physically exhausted, he was mentally rejuvenated.
His parents were getting ready to go to work. All the family had their breakfast together. Ben and his sister found themselves in the train to their school. The train journey was a little interesting today. There were some beast masters coming to the city with their exotic beasts. These beasts had all interesting colors and features which were fundamentally different from its base species. For example, the brother-sister pair found a Orkasar, a mammal which usually lurks in the ocean flying in the air with a person standing on top of it. That was not even the bizzare part. This Orkasar was orange in color and releasing fire through the hole on its back. They found a fiery bird, but which was much large than its original species flying with electricity crackling around it. A person with spiked air and electricity crackling around her was sitting on top of this fiery. Like that there were water animals flying through air, birds swimming through water, big animals that are supposed to be small and many such anomalies.
Everyone was intrigued by this. Ben could bring his smart device to the school and he and his sister searched the network as to what was happening. Soo Ben understood what was happening:
'So, the reason for this was the presence of that person : Supreme Grand Beast Master Gram Vin Madescar. A very rare Beast Master Martial Monarch. It is said that he is just one step away from becoming a Martial Entity. If that happens it would be the first time a Beast Master has become a Martial Entity in the entire 50,000 years of martial journey of the Marrthya race. He could be said as a middle aged Martial Monarch. He is here upon the invitation of Hughell Corporation, to conduct a seminar for Beast Masters. Since Hughell corporation supplies to the niche field of Beast Masters, they are inviting him for the publicity of their company. Man He must be an expert. The Lightning Leo he has is famous. I had seen it once on the screen. That was one badass leo. It make me want to become a Beast Master. But the fact is that Beast Masters have a really tough time in ascending. If either the beast or the person lags, then the entire journey of Martial Ascension will be affected. That is an extremely problematic field. Well these beasts are beautiful. I think there are international delegates here as well.'
Roshin was coming from another side to the school through the train. 'Wow, this is a spectacle. I want to be a Beast Master.' Suddenly he felt something. It felt as if someone or something was calling him. He was sitting near the window in a single seat. He entered a trance, because his head was on the glass window, others thought he was deep in sleep. In his trance he saw a sphere which had a dark gas in it. In its middle, there was a dark blue colour sword. That sword was calling for him. He was yearning for the sword. Then he came out of the trance. He looked around and saw everything was normal. No one noticed anything. He did not understand what happened.
Meanwhile, in a garden surrounded by luxurious buildings, two people were having a discussion. On one side there was a good looking middle aged man with above average height and a well dignified bearing. Behind this elegant man clad in pristine formal martial dress was a Leo which had unnatural black color and a white mane. Its mane and tail was flowing with electricity. The elegant looking man also was having electricity flowing through his hair and hands. He was none other than Martial Monarch Gram Vin Madescar. Opposite to him was an old man who wore a very normal martial attire. There were two people elegantly dressed standing on the side. Helping these two people in filling up their cups with hot beverage and plates with exquisite snacks. These two people were Martial Dukes. If one carefully observed the Leo behind beast master was actually on edge. It was terrified of the old man. It was its nervousness that was causing it to release electricity like this.
The old man said
" I think I went a bit too far. Your pet is terrified of me. As a token of apology, I will give him some lokevian crystal and flesh of high ranking beast. Are you happy now little kitty."
Hearing this the leo looked up. It seemed to smile.
Monarch Gram was flustered by this and said " Please don't sir, it is alright, I forgot to discipline him properly. I should be the one to apologize."
The old man said
" It is alright. I have decided already. So, I won't change my mind. Let us come to the main point." The old man sipped some hot beverage and said,
"Is it true?"
Monarch Gram said "It is. The electromagnetic sense of my boy will not be wrong. It is greatly obscured by whoever did it. But it is there. And if left unchecked it can cause real problem for us."
" And the location of it?" the old man asked.
Gram said,
" Quite close to the marthya territory. Even the safest removal option will affect an entire area of 800 square mile. The entire flora and fauna will be affected by its extraction. If left unchecked it can cause the area to rot and decay and that thing will reveal itself. That will cause much more devastation than the removal of that thing."
Suddenly the atmosphere changed. The old man's eyes stirred. He did not move. But in the perception of others he became something else. It seemed like the entire world was plunged to darkness. There were thousands of animals that was there in the city. All of them were really obedient companion beasts of beast masters. They seldom caused problems. But with this change in atmosphere, all of them literally were stunned. The sun was still in the sky. But its light did not alleviate the darkness. Every organism in the city and in forest in the vicinity of the city was terrified and was in a frozen state. Ben and all the other passengers in the train were also frozen by this. Some people had blood coming from their noses and ears. They were all martial artists whose energy was running amok due to this pressure. Suddenly the pressure disappeared and everything returned to normal. The old man said " I guess I was overwhelmed by emotions. That little boy will probably come knocking at my door for the commotion I caused." He took a deep breath and said, "So it is there, that wretched sword core which caused all those destructions before 8000 years."
