Jaymir trudges down the road, his footprints leaving imprints on the dirt, his posture, hunched over in rage and his glare pierces through the dust that rolls up from the ground when the wind blows.
As Jaymir continues down the road, smog starts to form in the air, causing fog to linger just above the ground. Buildings that were just off the side of the road were remodeled with sheets of metal, pipes, and small metal chimneys. Jaymir's pace slowed down as he saw the reformed town around him, yet the rest of the town was in ruins. Jaymir's anger grew and he shook his head. Malerin comes up behind Jaymir out of breath as he states, "This is Greemo's turf, we have to tread carefully." Jaymir looks at Malerin with confusion and rage, "How long has his turf been like this?"
Malerin looks down in disappointment, "almost a month." Jaymir's eyes widen and his mouth agapes as he states in shock, "A month? Yet, he didn't even try to rebuild the rest of the town?" Jaymir's pace picks up as he continues down the road, while Malerin follows close by.
Jaymir came across a tall building, towering over the rest of the town, covered in sheets of metal and with pipes that sent out smoke and smog. The roofing was designed as a drill, the air was polluted with smog, and the scent of burning oil and toxic smog filled the air, the talismans were doing nothing it was what Greemo was doing here that was chasing off the beasts. Jaymir knew the signs of Engineering, yet this was the bad kind, killing everything around its designs. Jaymir was happy to see technology in this world but destroying the beauty of the world, was a no-go for him.
Jaymir marched up to the metal-like door and pushed it open, storming into the building as he owned it.
"Greemo! Where are you!" Jaymir's voice echoed with the sounds of the humming of machinery and gears ticking and rotating. Greemo quickly gets up from his chair and glares at Jaymir. Jaymir meets with Greemo's glare, you can feel the spark of tension between them, yet Greemo growls with a demanding voice, "Who do you think you are, coming into my place of business and demanding for me, Human!"
Jaymir looks around at Greemo's place of study and business. A bit distracted by the engines, fernouses, machinery, and gadgets surrounding him. However, his tone and posture remained the same, as he stated, "Who do you think you are? This town took you in and you treat them like crap, killing them off with pollution and poisoning their air!"
Greemo's stance turns into embarrassment and plays like he doesn't know what Jaymir is saying as he fiddles with the glasses that are on his face, "Um, I don't know what you're talking about." Greemo slowly retreats into his chair as he looks around looking for an escape route.
Jaymir looks at him with disbelief and sarcasm, "Really Greemo? I am a human; I know this technology anywhere." Greemo sets his glasses on his nose sighs and stares straight at Jaymir, "Okay, fine, yes. My inventions are toxic, but what are you going to do about it, plus what do you want me to do about it?" Greemo stands up and walks out behind his desk as he continues, "It's not like I can just shut them off? that is more of a death wish than the toxic smog it spits out."
Jaymir says, "Let me take the talismans off the tree. Tell people you found a better way." Greemo laughs in mockery and states, "Look, human there is nothing you can do, to stop this. You have no proof, and you have no case. Deal with it."
Jaymir looks at him with a stern look, "Greemo, if you don't let me take those talismans down, I swear I will make you regret everything as I am Jaymir Tradesworth and I will make your name go sour just like your inventions."
Greemo glares at Jaymir, "Well mister Tradesworth you just started a war with a goblin. I hope you know what you're doing!" Jaymir turns around and heads out the door, "Oh, I do, Mr. Flintspracket, prepare yourself as you're going to get a wild ride."
