In the afternoon.
"You are here that quickly? Tell us what happened!"
After going back, Yoichi was rambled by tons of questions and inquisitive glances from his 3 pregnant wives who were basking in the glory of the mild breeze of summer.
Then, Yoichi simply summed up the task.
"Why you didn't kill him? He was an unsatiable monster and mercy to the guilty means cruelty to the innocent people!"
That man, Shin, was a detestable and unchangeable monster in their eyes. All 3 of them were extremely curious about their husband's thinking approach.
You wanted to keep the innocents out of danger but leaving a dangerous man out of the wild was a double standard in their sense of morality and conventional mind.
"I left him for the sake of entertainment, I marked him with my ability, and besides... That man's body was in chunks! Even if he tried to replenish and grow back his immortal life, his right hand would completely rot in hell." Yoichi clarified.
The world of extraordinary people like them needed somebody who could stand toe to toe or might be able to slightly injure them. The land without any kind of struggle was disappointing and honestly, boring.
Maybe these freed individuals might make changes to the world and become one of the top contenders in the grander scale of power rankings. It will be exciting and much more amusing when determined and ambitious people decide to make their paths rather than follow somebody.
After all, the higher the goals, the higher the adversities and trials along the way. Move forward and venture forth with unbreakable will into the unknown abyss of mysticism.
All 3 of them nodded and understood their husband's scheming mind.
"Now, what would you like to eat?" Yoichi changed the topic while the 3 women smiled at him.
He decided to leave his adventuring itch in the back of his mind, there was still more time, and being with his wives made him feel complete.
The deep waters, barren sand desert, mountainous region, and wrathful lightning spots must be written down in his Akashic Records for a later time.
->->->->->->->->->->->->->->->
In an instant, the 3 months passed by as the situation outside became much more chaotic and filled with negative emotions.
Numerous killing sprees, bloodbaths, and carnage became uncontrolled as the gangs and other hidden organizations sprouted from left to right. Ever since the emperor was gone, these people exposed their true ambitions to unify and conquer the lands as rulers of the common people and warriors.
Did somebody name their town as peaceful and stable enough? Hehe, the bandits would ransack and kill everyone in the town.
Did somebody proclaim themselves as the children of heaven? Hehe, kill them in the night or burn their house right after their declaration.
These catastrophic events happening outside didn't matter in Suzaku Town as the governance and fair treatment of the people made the town exceedingly well-known across the fertile lands.
These rampant gangs and hidden alliances didn't stand a chance against the horde of united and experienced warriors protecting the town against the invaders. Once some bunch of bandits came inside, they were killed and pinned in the town square as a warning for the spies infesting their town.
Suzaku Town was prosperous and lively each day due to the tight security and minute patrols of the trained warriors. Every single merchant and artist implanted their feet with their wealth in the skyrocketed taxes on them. But they didn't have a choice, leave and die outside or live completely with assurance every night.
The protection was top-notch with countless guards trained in extreme physical and mental training, and the city was profitable and booming with wealth sky-high across the fertile lands.
Long story short, Suzaku Town was completely safe and stable while the outside was simply a booming jungle with apex predators and other species called human brutes, extremists, and fanatics.
In the Murakami household, Yoichi walked left and right constantly with a nervous expression on his face. His wives were on their labor and worry in his mind was a good trait of a dutiful husband for his wives.
"Dad, can you please stay put in one place?! I am dizzy in your incessant walking!"
Sumiko, Ryoma, and Natsumi were amused at their sensei's anxious expression as if that was a one-time limited emotion they would see in their teacher's eyes.
"Calm down, you idiot! We are worried like you are! Do not worry and chill for a bit"
Nobara, Yuki, and Yoru managed to force his body to sit down but Yoichi's nail-biting gesture made them shake their heads.
"Huuuuhh... I will calm down, don't worry!"
Yoichi smiled but the worry never faded as he closed his eyes and meditated for a bit, feeling the fresh breeze of autumn noon.
"Sir, the children were safely delivered!"
In an instant, Yoichi appeared in front of the exhausted midwife and patted her shoulders in gratitude for his dutiful service, listening closely to the midwife's words.
"The children were healthy and fine. It's 1 handsome boy and 2 beautiful babies. I am fairly sure they got their appearance because of your bloodline, sir!"
"Hahaha, you are joking! My children surely have their complexions from their mothers, can we go inside now?"
"Yes, sir! Follow me."
After a bunch of nonsense, Yoichi went to follow the midwife while the others were shocked at the midwife's shamelessness in a second and followed Yoichi's footsteps.
"Yoichi, look at your daughters and son."
Lying in the bed with pale faces, Satomi and the 2 held baby children in their arms with peaceful expressions filled with motherly love.
"Are you all fine?" Yoichi was worried and looked at their sickly complexion.
"Hahaha, do not worry about us! My baby girl did hurt me a lot but it looks so fine when I looked at her peaceful sleep." Satomi held her daughter in her arms, completely stable with just a glance at her baby girl.
"Shut up! Do you want to disturb their sleep? My baby girl would wake up with your loudmouth!" Maki held her daughter, appearing to be angry at Satomi's tone.
"Hah! Muscleheaded woman, you have the physique of a gorilla but cry a lot whenever your child comes out!" Satomi chided.
Maki ignored her but threw a disgusting look at Satomi.
On the side, Makima chuckled at their childish banter while looking at her baby boy, filled with love and caring...
"Hahaha, look at my daughters! They will be so beautiful in the future!"
Holding his daughters in his arms, Yoichi felt like protecting and spoiling his children to death, his emotions in the room spilled as Satomi and Maki merely smiled.
"Give them their names and make it special, okay?" Maki and Satomi were expecting their child's name with Yoichi's knowledge.
"Hmmm... Let me think... From now on, Satomi's daughter is named Harumi. A springtime beauty. As for Maki's daughter, Midori, a verdant greenery!"
Both of the mothers nodded. The names were based on spring, a new beginning, and another start to the world like Suzaku, a bird of legend who could rebirth, a good choice.
"Hehe, look at this handsome son of mine! His name was Kenshin, a name with modesty and truth!"
Hearing his words, Makima felt elated and nodded. At first, her life was treacherous and filled with deception but now with Yoichi and her son, humility, and truth were another chapter in her life.
"Sensei, why do all kids look ugly and scrunched up like a rag?!" Ryoma asked in a pure curious tone.
"You idiot! That's my little brother and you called him ugly? I will beat you up as his elder sister!" Sumiko slapped his head, angrily staring at him.
"As his little auntie, I can't forgive you either!" Natsumi slapped his head, also hitting Ryoma constantly.
"But—but I am their uncle! Am I right?"
"We don't care!" x2
Due to their comedic antics, all the adults laughed hard as the atmosphere in the room was jovial and stable with peace of mind along with these newly-born of the Murakami Clan.
Harumi, Midori, and Kenshin Murakami came into the household with safety and assurance about their future growth.
Nobara, Yuki, and Yoru held the children in their arms, looking at the babies with endearing family love and care as they played with the little troublemakers in the future.
After that, Yoichi cooked them with delicious and nutritious porridge, taking care of them by spoonfeeding his wives and affectionately putting in his time to provide compensation for his wives.
Although the children were still looking delicate and pretty ugly, the tiny marks of each mother were apparent. Harumi, Midori, and Kenshin have that tiny strand of hair and it is faint but those marks exist.
With his care, Yoichi left the room with a reluctant expression. His wives needed much more rest and a lovely time for their little cubs. He was also worried about how to take care of the children but with the help of his Akashic Records and his adaptive mind, Yoichi could accomplish the nanny things all by himself such as keeping the children warm with proper clothing to regulate the temperature, good hygiene against bacteria, and a safe environment for the children's sleep.
On his first day, Yoichi was mentally exhausted from taking care of his kids. Every hour needed to be spent snuggling and talking with his children. Proper feeding through their mom's breastmilk with nutrition. Changing the dress more carefully and appropriately to ensure warm regulation in their bodies.
It is essentially a 6 vs 1 moment for Yoichi.
The mothers of the children became much fuller and healthier than on the first day as they gradually helped Yoichi take care of the children but the postpartum recovery was still in place and they could help him for a limited time since mothers also needed some caring and absolute focus on their recovery from the effects of childbirth.
These days, Yoichi was in his habit of modifying techniques, clones mastering ninjutsu, and experimenting with newly crafted inventions.
He successfully mastered any kind of ninjutsu with the help of his clone, Yoichi didn't need any hand signs to throw some big fireball or water spout since the hand signs were simply assistance to control the chakra flow inside and command the chakra into various techniques.
But his focus was on developing Yin-Yang Release techniques that could change reality or even revive someone on the brink of death. His profound wisdom in Yin-Yang Release was an absolute phenomenon but he didn't have any kind of technique designed to further utilize the Yin-Yang Release in a much more conventional way.
For now, his one hour in the domain was formulating the Yin-Yang Release techniques and after leaving, his focus was on his children and his wives who were still recovering their cumbersome energy lost from childbirth.
