The Secret Unveiled (Part 7)
After overcoming the shadow of their fears, Fai and Isa once again enjoyed their beautiful world. The soft breeze carried the scent of blooming purple flowers around them. The shimmering river reflected the golden sky, creating a dreamlike scene.
Yet, Isa couldn't shake off the strange feeling lingering in her heart.
"Fai," she spoke softly, still holding his hand.
"Hm?" Fai turned to her, his eyes full of attention.
"Do you remember what that shadow said?" Isa bit her lip hesitantly. "About… how this world shouldn't exist?"
Fai sighed. "I remember. But we've already proven that this world is real. We can feel it, live in it."
Isa nodded, but questions still filled her mind. "But how did this world even come to be? What truly created it?"
They fell into silence for a moment, listening only to the gentle sound of flowing water.
Then, something unexpected happened.
From behind the glowing trees, a woman emerged. Her long hair flowed like silver silk, her crystal-blue eyes shimmering with wisdom. She wore a radiant white robe, almost blending with the surrounding light.
"You finally asked," she said in a voice that was soft yet powerful.
Isa tensed. "Who are you?"
The woman gave a faint smile. "I am the guardian of this world."
Fai and Isa exchanged glances before Fai asked, "What do you mean… the guardian of this world?"
The woman stepped closer, gazing at them with deep understanding. "This world was born from something rare… a love so strong that it broke the boundaries between reality and dreams."
Isa frowned. "So, this world really was created because of… us?"
The woman nodded. "Yes. But not just because of your love. This world also exists because of the deepest desire in your hearts—to be together without limits, without distance."
Fai listened carefully. "But… why does this world face so many obstacles? Why was there a shadow trying to destroy us?"
The woman's expression darkened slightly. "Because balance exists in every world. Love creates hope, but it also gives birth to doubt. This world is strong, but not perfect. That is why you must continue to fight for it."
Isa felt her heart tremble. This world was where they could meet, but if they weren't strong enough, could it disappear?
The woman continued, "I will give you one question that you must answer with your hearts."
Fai and Isa tensed, ready to hear the question.
"If you truly love each other… are you ready to face the reality beyond this world?"
Isa's eyes widened. Reality?
Fai stared at the woman, his jaw tightening. "What do you mean?"
The woman gave a mysterious smile. "In time, you will understand. But for now, enjoy this world… and prepare for what is to come."
Suddenly, her body turned into light and vanished, leaving them both in confusion.
Isa turned to Fai. "Do you think… we'll be tested again?"
Fai gazed at the golden horizon, which was slowly turning deep blue, signaling that night was approaching.
"I don't know," he admitted. "But whatever happens, we'll face it together."
Isa smiled and rested her head on Fai's shoulder. "Yes… together."
But deep in her heart, a question began to grow.
If this world was merely the result of their heart's desires… would they one day have to choose between this world and reality?
