It has been a month and everyone has made significant improvement. Especially Rudius, for some reason though he still can't use his ability. So they are getting ready to return. "You guys go on ahead, I have to deal with something" Jefferson tells this to everyone else. Everyone decides to just go on the plane and wait for Jefferson, everyone but Rudius, he forgot something so he decides to head back. Jefferson is in the forest again and decides to meditate one last time before leaving. He notices someone behind him though. "Carrance, are you really going to do this" Jefferson asks his younger brother, who has a sword in his hand. Carrance doesn't even speak and starts to infuse Jagan energy into his weapon. He charges at Jefferson. Jefferson dodges his frontal assault and delivers an uppercut to his gut while dodging. Carrance flies up but composes himself and does a vertical slash in Jefferson's direction. Normally Jefferson would parry the blade but his instincts are telling him to dodge it. He decided to listen to them and he's lucky to do so because the slash travelled and split multiple tress in half. Jefferson backs away trying to maintain some distance between them. Carrance attempts to close the distance but doing a horizontal slash. Jefferson dodges this but Carrance follows up by twisting his body to kick Jefferson right in his stomach. This impact was stronger then Jefferson expected. While he was planning to block a next blow, he notices something is wrong with the air, so he starts to hold his breath. "Did you really just notice, The moment we started fighting I had some our clan members spread a poison that can weaken any human, I made this myself planning just to kill you" Carrance says this Jefferson with a wide smile on his face. "Why do you want to kill me" Jefferson asks, he's trying to adjust to how his body feels after being exposed to the poison for that long. Carrance pauses his movements and his smile disappears, his head starts to hurt. "It's because I hate you, no, no, I don't, yes I do" The side effects of being two different types of Jaganase at once is apparent, his mind is fractured, he doesn't know what's right from wrong, he believes that killing Jefferson will solve this, but another part of his mind is saying it's a terrible idea.
*Flash back* when Carrance was fifteen, he was so happy with how strong his brothers were. He wanted to be like them badly, he especially looked up to Jeffery (Jefferson's name before he changed it to Jefferson). One day though everything changed, Jefferson had a dispute with Gerado and he left the clan as a result. Every day Jeffery wasn't there Carrance was sad, he just wanted his older brothers to make up and for things to return to how they used to be. Four years later Gerado became a Jaganase and Carrance was so surprised, he never heard of this before, it was kept hidden from him because he was to young. So when he heard the clan head's wanting him to do an experiment he accepted without hesitation. Not even telling Gerado because he believed that Gerado would be so proud at how strong he would become after going through with it. So when the experiment started everything was running smoothly, he was going to turn into a Jaganse with purple eyes and purple horns, but one of the elders accidently released a second Japajing spirit. This caused Carrance's body to react negatively, the two types were fighting each other for control. One was making his eyes black and the other tried to keep his eyes purple. This fight for control caused Carrance's memories to become fractured as a result. One memory stood out the most, it's when Jeffery left. His mind changed the sadness he felt for watching his brother go into an indescribable hatred towards him. So a year after this experiment, when he saw Jefferson return to the clan he Knew he couldn't let this perfect opportunity go to waste.
*Back to present day* Carrance is feeling conflicted. His memories are telling him that he despises Jefferson but his heart is telling him something else. "Carrance, you okay" Jefferson approaches his little brother, worried about his current state. Just as Carrance is about to gain clarity his two types of Jaganase roots start to clash again. This time though the clash resulted in a unity but also results in the permeant state of his mind. His mind is made up, he must kill Jefferson. This unity finally allowed him to use his ability. His power is crazed obsession, the more he hates someone, the stronger his Jagan energy becomes. Using the enhancement and Jefferson's guard being lowered, Carrance slices three times into Jefferson's chest, almost instantaneously. Jefferson coughs out blood from the wound. He is bleeding heavily now. Carrance tries to attack again but Jefferson throws him away. Carrance's Jagan energy starts to rapidly increase, his blade is getting sharper and more deadly. "Wish I was a Jaganase right now" Jefferson says this while coughing blood, he also can't hold his breathe from the poison anymore. Carrance rushes back towards Jefferson slashing vertically and horizontally. Jefferson's dodges the first blow but has no choice but to block the second. His hand is almost completely sliced off of his body. "Man this hurts" Jefferson is going through intense pain but still manages to kick Carrance in his jaw. Carrance doesn't even feel any pain from the blow though, signaling just how much the poison weakened Jefferson. Carrance punches Jefferson into a tree. He walks slowly towards Jefferson, he is making Jagan energy flow into his sword, the energy's color seems a little off though. It's almost like the intense hatred is tainting it. Carrance is ready to end this, He is planning to use a sword skill he learned a little bit ago. His stance changes and he is prepared to use the tormented edge. This style includes multiple slashes, each slash can cause someone to live through their worse trauma, it's mostly effective against humans since trauma doesn't make them stronger, it would paralyze them and cause them to stand still as they get cut into pieces. He uses the technique and Jefferson's fate is sealed.
