Seraphine's pov
I heard sounds of swords clanking, i opened my eyes i could hear sounds of men fighting. i looked beside me kael wasn't there, panic kicked in. I rushed outside it looked like a battle ground. Normally i would pass out at the sight of blood but now was not the time, i looked around and spotted kael at a distance swiftly slicing through countless enemies, his moves were gracious. I stood there dazed for a moment but i was snapped back to reality when my hands were suddenly caught "you are coming with us, little princess" one of the people who caught my hand said showing off his dirty teeth, i couldn't help but feel scared. He had this evil look in his eyes "No… let me go.. please" i screamed pleadingly. They kept dragging me, i was lifted and thrown on the shoulders of one of them. "Kaeel!!…" i screamed loudly, a punch landed on my face and my vision grew blurr until i could only see darkness.
kael's pov
"Keal!!" I heard her voice. I turned around and saw one of our attackers had hit her unconcious. Rage filled my heart, my mind was covered with an intense killing intent that i didn't notice that the sky had turned dark
As if my body had a mind of its own , in the blink of an eye i was standing in front of the men holding seraphine i am sure my eyes had turned pitch black by now
"Let. Her. Go" i said in a demonic voice. My voice right now reminded me of the dream i had this morning. They both trembled in fear and dropped seraphine instantly. They attempted to run away but i was not going to let them off alive, no one dares to lay a hand on my wife and lives. I held out my hand and their feets left the floor "i will send your heads as souvenir to your king" i told them. "Please your majesty,. Please spare our lives. I moved forward and grabbed both of them by the neck, draining every last drop of their blood until they became completely lifeless. I seperated their head from the body and threw the body which burned immediately i tossed them aside. I heard a gasp behind me, i snapped my head back. Seraphine looked at me with wide eyes i could feel the fear radiating from her. She passed out again, i rushed beside her before she could fall again. I carried her back to the tent.
She will forever be scared of me now, I never wanted her to see that side of me. I glanced at her one last time and left the tent. This madness has to end now it is all king arid's fault that seraphine now hates me and he must pay anger burned inside me.
"prince kael,. Prince kael" Fredrick called
"What is it" i answered rudely
"Where are you going to" he reached out to hold me
"None of your business.. now stay out of my way" i walked past him. "I am coming with you" he said
"No, fredrick. Stay here and watch seraphine. I will be back by nightfall" i vanished leaving him there.
I appeared in front of king arid's palace his guards all brought out their swords to attack. I conjured fire out of nowhere and roasted them all alive. King arid is a man who enjoys his parties and women so no doubt he might still be in his bed by now.
"Go and call your king down here. Now" i grabbed one of the guards i left alive and said.
THIRD PERSON POV
"My king" a guard barged into kind arid's chambers
"How dare you interrupt my sleep" the king snapped at him
"Forgive me, your majesty, but i have to report this to you" the guard said with trembling voice. "It had better be worth it. Speak" the king said angrily
"P.. prince.. kae..kael is.. here in the palace" the guard said with trembling lips.
King Arid's eyes widened "Did you just say prince kael is outside?"
"Yes, my king" the guard answered.
"Assemble all the royal guards immediately" king Arid ordered. He quickly changed his robe and went out of the room.
He met kael standing right in the middle of hundreds of bodyguards "Finally the devil himself came to pay me a visit. To what do i owe this visit" the king said in a firm voice.
"I will give you once chance. Call off your men and have them stop attacking my borders" kael spatted out angrily.
"And if i don't?" The king said tauntingly.
Kael smirked and said "Then the blood of your entire kingdom shall be on your head".
"Do your worst, devil, i am not afraid of you" king Arid said with a grin.
"You should be" kael said and fire from no where consumed all the guards standing present leaving king Arid face to face with the demon, kael. Kael moved forward to where king Arid was standing. "Now, will you sign that treaty I sent you before?
Or would you rather end up like you soldiers" kael said through gritted teeth. King Arid gulped "i will sign the treaty"
"Hang on before that you first of all have to pay for making my wife hate me" kael said and lightning pierced the sky. He threw Arid to the side, then he raised him up from the ground until his feet were hanging on air and choked the air out of his lungs completely. Kael wanted to kill Arid but he changed his mind and left him unconscious on the ground.
