They had successfully gotten him to sit down as they wanted to hear what exactly he had to say right now. From what he was saying, it was almost clear that he was spewing nonsense. But then, in the midst of all his bullshitting, his bodily reaction was something different. He looked genuinely scared for his life and everyone was confused with what to believe.
Detective Kelly had been observing him and he went to go grab a cup of water from the dispenser and came over. He pulled a chair with him as he came. Everyone saw that he was approaching and then gave way. He was the best and hopefully, he would be able to decide.
"Here, drink this. You need it." Detective Kelly said as he handed the paper cup to the man.
