Third person point of view
Their house was all dark. The rest of his family was already in dreamland. Aravind took a bath and put on shorts and t-shirt. He also did not turn on the lights in his room. Only the dim bed light was on. He put the towel away and went to the table. He picked up his phone and saw Dev texted him just a minute ago.
Dev : Slept ?
Aravind : Not yet. Just finished a bath.
Dev : Same.
The reply from Dev came pretty fast like he was waiting for Aravind. Aravind smiled thinking back to the date. They both did go out together from time to time but now the intention was different and they were not just friends hanging out anymore. So everything was new and nice, leaving him with a sweet happiness. He bit his lip wanting to tease Dev.
Aravind : Everything was nice today, except one thing.
Dev : What ?
Dev didn't know what it was. Even just before, Aravind said he had a nice time, so he didn't know what was wrong now. But everything went well. Dev's eyebrows furrowed.
Aravind : We actually forgot one thing.
Dev : What is it ?
Aravind : Kiss. I read somewhere that a date is not over without it.
Dev's eyes went wide. Aravind buried his face in the pillow. He was not really the type to tease people. But when it comes to them, he was always the one getting toyed with by Dev. So he wanted a bit of revenge. He waited for a reply from Dev but he didn't get one. He just held his phone waiting for him.
The message was read but Dev was not even online. Aravind wondered if something happened. He continued waiting when heard a knock. Aravind frowned and sat up, a little vigilant. It came again confirming that it was real and not Aravind hearing it wrong. He got out of bed and saw someone near the window.
He was perplexed to see a person standing there boldly and even knocking on it at this hour. He looked closely and it was Dev on the other side of the window. Aravind's eyes went wider. He rushed to the window. He wanted to shout at him but did not dare alert his family. He unlocked his phone and started texting.
Aravind : WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE ?!
Dev : Come out.
Aravind looked up at Dev with shock filled eyes.
Aravind : Why ?
Dev : I will give you the kiss you wanted.
Aravind's hand trembled and he almost dropped his phone. He looked up at Dev who was smirking at him from the other side. He bit his lip and stared for a few seconds. Dev showed his determination of not leaving till he did what he came for. Aravind looked down at his phone again and typed word by word.
Aravind : Come towards the back door.
Dev checked the message and raised an eyebrow. He looked up at Aravind who didn't even look at him and was pointing to come to the back door. He smiled and carefully walked from there. Aravind tiptoed out of his room and went to open the back door. Dev quickly slipped in. Aravind carefully closed the door and turned around.
Dev directly pulled Aravind closer and kissed him. Aravind was shocked. But he gradually closed his eyes and kissed back. Dev walked putting Aravind to the wall. Aravind let out a sigh. Dev kissed harder making Aravind low on air. Aravind felt his heart race at an abnormal rate. His stomach was filled with butterflies making him squirm a little.
But Dev held him in place with his hands on his hips and pressing their bodies tighter together. Aravind felt his breath hitch. He put his hands around Dev and hugged him. Dev sucked lightly on his lips for one last time before letting go. They slowly detached their lips and both of them were breathing heavily.
Dev opened his eyes and saw Aravind also opening them. " I guess now I can say that the first date is a success ". Dev said in a whisper. Aravind blushed at the words. He looked at Dev's lips and then up at his eyes. He bit his lip, looked down again and this time he took the initiative. He put his hands around Dev's neck and move closer, kissing him.
Dev was surprised but quickly responded by pulling Aravind closer once again. He sucked and bit his lips. Aravind felt his legs go a little weak and held onto Dev. Maybe it was the excitement of sneaking around or maybe because it was Dev or maybe it was because the kiss was so good; Aravind didn't want to let go.
This time when they finally pulled away from the lack of oxygen, they were panting like they ran a marathon. " Definitely ". Aravind gave a reply in a whisper. Dev smiled and they stayed like that till they caught their breath. " I should really go back now ". Dev said his voice husky. They moved away from each other.
Aravind didn't say anything and just watched as Dev took a step back. Dev turned around and took two steps but stopped. He took a big stride and went to Aravind again. He hugged Aravind and buried his face in his neck. Aravind also hugged him back tightly. Dev left a kiss on Aravind's neck. He pulled away and quickly walked out without looking back.
Aravind leaned onto the wall and stood there for a few seconds. He felt a thin layer of sweat all over his body. He locked the door and walked into his room. He went to the bathroom and took another bath. He felt exhausted after all the excitement went down and his racing hormones settled down. He picked up his phone and texted Dev.
Aravind : If I don't sleep enough, I will kill you.
Dev chuckled looking at it.
Dev : Can I also blame you then ?
Aravind : No.
Dev : Fine. Good night. Hope you will sleep well then.
Aravind : Good night... boyfriend.
Aravind put the phone away with a smile and turned on his side. He blushed thinking about what just happened. He closed his eyes and fell asleep faster than he thought he would. Dev also put his phone away and looked up at the ceiling. He smiled from ear to ear and turned on his side, falling asleep.
