Lunara shot Eryx a side-eyed glare. "Excuse me, Mr. Eryx, I hurt my head, not my legs. I can walk just fine." She slowly tried to pull her hand away from his firm grip.
"Still, just to make sure you don't fall," he said with a smile.
She frowned. "What am I, a one-year-old baby learning to walk? And stop smiling like that, it sends chills all over my body. I prefer your cold and scary face."
His expression shifted instantly, the smile vanishing in an instant. "Are you sure?"
Lunara hesitated. "Hmm…" She cleared her throat, suddenly recalling the scene at the studio the other day. "Just don't smile too much." She quickly looked away, afraid to meet his eyes.
When they arrived at the lobby, they expected to see the driver and Callum waiting for them, but the space was empty.
Eryx's brows furrowed slightly. Without missing a beat, he pulled out his phone and dialed a number. "Take a seat," he said, gesturing to the nearby waiting area. "I'll check what's going on."
