A few hours later, Christian arrived at the office and was still settling in when Katherine entered.
She offered him a shy smile after closing the door behind her.
"Good afternoon, Mister Harrington," she greeted in a tiny soft voice.
Christian gave her a slow once-over, noting how her sky-blue two-piece mini skirt hugged her body, emphasizing her curves. She still looked professional, but he suspected the dress had been chosen with a hidden agenda.
"Afternoon, Kat. I thought we were past the formalities whenever we're alone?" he asked, memories of their recent sexual escapades playing through his mind—especially the most recent one.
