Although Ethan Grant's voice was deeper and more resonant, for a moment, Ava almost thought it was Ethan calling her name.
She paused, wiped her eyes, and looked up at Liam's handsome, chiseled face.
It was a face completely different from Ethan's.
Ava composed herself and smiled. "Mr. Grant, were you just calling me?"
Ethan Grant took a card from the business card holder on the table and walked over to her. "Here's my card. If you need anything, feel free to contact me."
Ava took it with both hands and nodded. "Thank you."
"We have a lot of high-end collectors here, many of whom are very interested in historical oil paintings. If you have clients who need restoration or authentication services, may I refer them to you?"
Ava gave a warm smile. "Of course. Thank you very much."
Liam smiled slightly. "Great. I'll call you later."
"I'll be waiting." Ava tucked the card into her purse.
