"The subcontractor got the job order wrong. They said they will deliver the rest of the extinguishers tomorrow." Giles sighed as he went over the reports again. "We only have enough for the first and second floors. Since we didn't have guests yet, I didn't think too much about not having those around. Why? Did the captain allude to our lack of safety measures?"
"No… a ghost, who burned to death, saw the subcontractors take the old hoses and not replace them with anything. She got mad and triggered the smoke alarm."
Giles frowned at Rhodes's pissed-off face. The older male could only lock his tablet and watch the fire department finish with their checks. "I'll call the subcontractor tomorrow."
Rhodes only nodded and glanced beside him, the old lady meeting his gaze. His eyes wandered for a bit… before he answered, "Please tell Vinny to relax. The extinguishers should arrive tomorrow. We'll make sure of that."
