The woman gave a graceful bow. "Greetings, sir. May I ask what this object is? How does it produce such a sound?"
"This is a treasure from the Western Regions, called a music box! Miss, my name is Ning Caichen. May I ask why you are out here alone so late at night?"
She smiled charmingly, radiating elegance and allure.
"My home is nearby. I heard this unusual sound and came to check it out. Would you mind if I came in to rest for a bit?"
Though she asked, she didn't wait for an answer—she simply slipped inside.
Ning Caichen closed the door. As soon as he turned around, she suddenly hugged him.
"It must be fate that we met. Why don't we…?" she whispered, her hands wandering across Ning Caichen's body.
Meanwhile, the group chat exploded.
Yang Tao: "Wow! She's really getting straight to the point!"
Ren Fa: "This is exciting! Ning Caichen, play along!"
Tony: "Why isn't it Nie Xiaoqian? But hey, this one isn't bad either!"
Ning Caichen: "Guys, stop watching the show! What do I do next?"
Yang Tao: "Look at you, acting like you're suffering when you're actually enjoying it! Just go with the flow and wait for the right moment!"
Ning Caichen quickly pushed the woman in his arms away.
"Miss, please have some self-respect! I'm not that kind of person!"
"Am I not beautiful enough? I just want a fleeting romance. Come on, my dear!" The woman threw herself at him again.
"No, Miss! There are too many people here. I'd be too embarrassed! Besides, I already have someone I like."
"There's no one else here. Whatever happens tonight stays between us."
"Ahem! Sorry to interrupt, Miss, but can we join in too?" Yang Tao grinned mischievously as he dropped his invisibility and appeared in the room.
The woman was startled by the sudden voice and quickly turned to look at Yang Tao.
'When did he get here? Why didn't I notice him before?'
The small room was already cramped, with barely any furniture inside. But after sensing the presence of a living person, she simply laughed flirtatiously.
"Well… I wouldn't say no!"
"Really? Then come on out, everyone! She agreed!" Yang Tao called out to the others hiding nearby.
Tony reappeared and smirked.
"Ancient Chinese style? I like it!"
Ren Fa stepped forward.
"Come here, Miss! I'm much stronger than the guy you were holding!"
Xu Xian hesitated.
"Are we really just going to bully a helpless woman like this?"
By now, even the slowest person would realize something was wrong. The female ghost panicked, flung the door open, and tried to run—only to come face-to-face with Whitebeard, who was over six meters tall. Terrified, she backed into the room.
"D-Don't come any closer!" The ghost turned pale with fear.
It had to be said that the female ghosts in *A Chinese Ghost Story* were quite different. Even after death, they still retained their original beauty, unlike the horrifying ghosts in Uncle Nine's world.
"Didn't you say you wanted a fleeting romance? You don't like us now that there are so many of us?" Yang Tao smirked at the trembling ghost.
The ghost collapsed onto the floor, shaking uncontrollably.
"You guys are fine, but that giant outside is definitely not!"
Everyone was stunned by her response.

They decided to stop teasing her. Ren Fa quickly placed talismans all around the room to prevent her from escaping.

"What's your name?"

Seeing the room filled with talismans, the female ghost was so scared that she blurted out everything.
