As if nothing had changed, Rex picked up where he left off. "Like I said, I'll hack into the school network using Clement's credentials."
"Wait... using his credentials? Didn't you delete all traces?"
"Well, I did, but I left a simple backdoor. Rex replied coolly. Any good hacker or programmer always leaves a backdoor for future access."
He smirked.
"And using his credentials, I can easily access the school system and anonymously spread all the evidence to every device connected to the network."
"And then…?"
"Then what?" Adrian asked quickly.
"Then… BOOM!" Rex suddenly made an explosion noise, startling Adrian, who was listening with full focus.
Seeing Adrian's flustered expression, Rex burst out laughing.
Adrian slowly fixed his posture and looked at Rex with a bitter face—but anyone could see he didn't really mind.
