On a busy morning, several reporters had prepared in front of a magnificent hotel that was visited by many men and women dressed luxuriously. Expensive cars continued to arrive, filling the large parking lot. The sight made many people gasp in amazement, considering that almost half of the important people in their country or abroad attended the sensational wedding.
The reporters were immediately prepared and excited when a row of black cars entered the bride and groom's family lane into the yard of the five-star hotel. Flash after flash dazzled the row of cars. Athletic guards immediately came forward. They were there to ensure that no one crossed the red line when the people in the cars got off later.
Like a luxurious award event, the floor was covered with a red carpet to welcome them. The first to get off was a sensational family. Secretary of Commerce and his great lawyer wife, along with their children, a successful model and a famous singer.
The camera spotlight continued to dazzle them. The four smiled, waved politely, and then entered the building.
The second car opened, containing the bride's family, the Oakley family.
A glasses-man who looked friendly got out of the car first. He was a great doctor known for his phenomenal breakthroughs in the health community. His arrival was followed by two charming men who came out shortly after. Both looked like they had stepped out of a book, so handsome that some reporters forgot to take pictures because they were so stunned by what they saw.
Unfortunately, both of them seemed too focused on the beautiful woman who came out after them. The beauty of the three of them was unmatched. Some people even began to wonder why people like them had never been on camera before.
The two men smiled as the woman looked surprised when she was greeted by the seemingly endless flash of cameras. They protectively led the woman inside. Their disappearance brought sad sighs from those who had not had enough of taking pictures.
The third car finally arrived, and it was the car of the groom's family members. A handsome man who did not match his age stepped out of the car with sunglasses covering his bright blue eyes. His black suit was perfectly wrapped, not to mention the gold-plated cane he held in his right hand.
He was followed by a beautiful woman, someone who looked like an ice goddess because of the cold expression plastered on her face. They were the parents of the groom. All people knew was the fact that they were the owners of the hotel and also a wealthy businessman, without knowing that most of the dark businesses came from the same person.
They got off in style, then left in style. They managed to show their strength with their fleeting appearance. After seeing the two of them, those who were initially still hesitant finally knew why their boss asked them to cover this wedding.
Three cars had passed. And now, the last car entered. It was the car containing the bride and groom who were going to get married that day.
Seeing the sudden increase in excitement, the men in suits guarded even tighter. The first to get off was a handsome, flat-faced man. The man politely extended his hand to his partner, who was still in the car.
When the bride's hand was extended, everyone immediately became excited. The three charming people who entered at the beginning were indeed beautiful. But the bride was no less beautiful than them.
The bride wore a white dress specially designed for her. The material covered in crystals made people gasp in admiration and envy. The bride appeared as the most beautiful on that day. Of course, that was because she was the main character in that event.
Both of them got down and held each other's hands harmoniously. Where one smiled very thinly, and the other smiled beautifully as she walked with confident steps.
Both of them entered to start their wedding procession.

"Are you tired?"
Tritan took the initiative to approach Elyna while Val was busy handling the guests as the bride's older brother. Elyna nodded weakly. Her hand stroked her flat stomach absently. Tritan knew what that meant. Elyna must be hungry after being busy celebrating Eir's fantastic wedding as her guardian.
"Wait here. I'll tell Val your situation."
Tritan stroked Elyna's hair gently. After Elyna nodded, Tritan went to meet Val, then came back with a smile on his face.
"Val said we could use the room on the 15th floor. That floor was vacated especially for Eir's family."
"Okay. Let's go."
Tritan didn't want Elyna to get tired. Because of that, since they left the venue, Tritan took the initiative to carry Elyna. They use the elevator to go up to their destination floor. Once they found the room Val was referring to, the two of them immediately entered using their cards.
Tritan laid Elyna on the bed and then looked at her for a long time. Elyna noticed Tritan's gaze. But for some reason, her breath felt choked when she saw that complicated gaze.
"Tritan..."
Elyna patted the space next to her, a sign that she wanted Tritan to lie beside her. The responsive Tritan immediately climbed onto the bed and brought Elyna's body closer to his. Tritan took a deep breath. He appreciated the time when he could have Elyna all to himself.
"Are you thirsty?"
Tritan's big hand was used to rub Elyna's stomach. Elyna looked comfortable, but she refused when Tritan wanted to give her his blood.
"I just want to be near you."
Elyna whispered. Elyna could feel it. Lately, her stomach had been hurting every time Tritan was away from her.
"Are we going to be okay?"
A twin pregnancy of different species was unprecedented, and Elyna was worried because of that. She couldn't help but feel anxious every time there was an unusual change that happened to her since she was declared pregnant.
"You'll be fine. I promise. This time, I mean it, Elyna."
Elyna squirmed uncomfortably, feeling her stomach hurt a little again. Tritan stroked Elyna's stomach again. His lips kissed Elyna's forehead as if to say that everything was okay.
"Here. Can you feel it? Our child is fine."
As soon as Tritan's cold hand touched Elyna's stomach, Elyna felt a comfortable cold sensation. Elyna closed her eyes comfortably. Without realizing it, she moved her body closer to Tritan.
"Just stay with me. It feels so good."
"Sure. I'm not going anywhere, Elyna."
Tritan raised his hand and then used it to cover Elyna's eyes. Elyna didn't mind that action. He thought Tritan was just trying to make her sleep to feel better.
"Umpht."
What Elyna didn't know was that Tritan was trying hard to swallow the blood that was almost coming out of his mouth when Elyna couldn't see him anymore. Tritan took a deep breath. His gaze was sad as he felt the two lives in Elyna's stomach.
"Elyna?"
"..."
There was no answer. Thanks to Tritan, Elyna had fallen asleep comfortably.
Tritan smiled. He pulled his hand back. With difficulty, Tritan sat up to stare at Elyna, who was sleeping soundly next to him.
"I hope we can be together forever. But Elyna, I have a promise that I must fulfill."
Tritan's face lost its color even more. His pupils also dimmed. There was no more strength in his eyes when his power as a vampire was almost completely gone.
"I will protect you and make you happy. This time, I am determined to do it."
Tritan stroked Elyna's face gently. After a while, he finally touched Elyna's stomach again. Tritan chanted ancient magic. Light emerged from Tritan's fingertips, then moved to Elyna's stomach.
"Cough cough!"
After that, Tritan looked like he was going to die anytime soon. His skin was paler than a corpse. His gaze was gloomy as he remembered that day might be the last day he would see Elyna.
CLICK!
Tritan looked up. He smiled a little when he saw Val enter with a surprised look.
"She'll be fine. I've finished the last magic."
Val secretly clenched his fists. That wasn't what he wanted to hear from Tritan.
"What's going to happen to you?"
Tritan smiled but didn't give him an answer. The man got up with heavy steps. Val almost went forward to support Tritan when the man could barely stand up straight anymore.
"Take care of Elyna for me. I'll be back later."
Val reflexively held Tritan's arm as the man was about to leave them. Val's forehead wrinkled. Tritan said it as if he was going to leave forever.
"After the children are born, you'll just sleep, right?"
That's what Tritan said, and Val believed him.
"Of course."
Tritan replied, seemingly confident in his answer. Val finally let go of Tritan's hand. He let him go because it was the only thing he could do in that situation.
