Chapter 38 - Chapter 38

Although there were quite a few people arriving, Katakana knew that only three of them were truly worth his attention.

He didn't take it to heart.

If that cowardly Supreme Kai wanted to teach him a lesson—hen he'd better be ready to learn one himself!

"They're here!"

Hearing the piercing sound of warriors slicing through the air, Katakana's face broke into an excited grin.

"Shhhhhh!"

Eight figures landed simultaneously, their movements synchronized like a well-trained unit.

They were all clad in red-and-black combat uniforms.

Katakana's eyes flickered with excitement.

"The Pride Troopers!"

"Toppo!!!"

The burly figure standing behind them confirmed his guess.

He hadn't expected Supreme Kai's reinforcements to be this strong.

But thinking about it, it made sense—After all, the Pride Troopers were the strongest fighting force in Universe 11.

What surprised Katakana, however, was that nearly all of them had shown up.

Everyone except Jiren.

"Quincy, what happened here? Where is Master Supreme Kai?!"

A rabbit-like warrior—Dyspo—stepped forward, his features strikingly similar to the Gods of Destruction, Beerus.

Supreme Kai had summoned all of them.

For what?

Something serious must have happened But now, they couldn't even see Supreme Kai.

"Yes, Quincy. What's going on? Why did Master Supreme Kai suddenly call us all here?"

Vice-Captain Casellar glanced at Katakana, then shifted his focus back to Quincy.

The guy seemed formidable, but first, they needed to understand the situation.

"Everyone, listen to me!"

At this moment, Supreme Kai's attendant finally snapped out of his daze and rushed forward.

"The thing is—this arrogant bastard not only ignored Lord Supreme Kai, but he even struck him down just now!"

He dramatically recounted the events, deliberately twisting the truth to make Katakana seem as evil as possible.

"Quincy! Is this true?"

Casellar frowned, seeking confirmation.

Quincy hesitated but then nodded.

"Yes… that's right!"

"This guy not only pretended to be a god and attacked me, but he also tricked me into bringing him to the Supreme Kai World!"

"He's absolutely disgusting!"

But even as Quincy spoke, he subtly shifted behind Casellar.

The memory of Katakana's massive bidou was still fresh in his mind—he didn't want another one!

"This actually happened?"

Casellar's expression hardened.

He turned to the attendant.

"Mister God Envoy, go check on Master Supreme Kai. This arrogant bastard—will be handled by the Pride Troopers!"

Standing tall, Casellar faced Su Han directly.

He didn't know exactly how strong this guy was—But Casellar firmly believed he wouldn't lose.

After all, in Universe 11, few could match his strength.

This guy?

No way.

Casellar looked at Toppo, silently asking for his opinion.

Toppo simply nodded.

There was no need for him to get involved Not against some nobody.

"Come! Let me see what power you have!"

Casellar declared, fully prepared for battle.

But Katakana …

Simply yawned and picked his ear.

"Step aside."

"You're not worth my time."

"Let Toppo fight me directly."

Katakana's disdain was evident.

Casellar's face twitched in anger.

"YOU ARROGANT BASTARD!"

His mechanical arm instantly transformed into a steel blade, slashing toward Katakana!

"Tch. You're asking for it."

Katakana sighed.

Then, without hesitation—He extended his right hand, forming a blade of energy.

"CRACK!"

With a single swing, Katakana's blade severed Casellar's steel weapon!

The crowd froze.

Casellar's eyes widened in shock.

"M-My steel knife… got cut… just like that?!"

He couldn't believe it.

But Katakana simply smirked.

"I told you—you're not my opponent."

"Stop wasting my time."

Casellar trembled, gripping his broken weapon, then quickly retreated.

He had no chance.

"T-Toppo…!"

Casellar looked at his captain in desperation.

Toppo's expression didn't change.

"Hmph. You know my name?"

"Seems like you've got some strength after all."

"But if this is all you have—"

"—then you're not ready to face me!"

His tone was arrogant, dismissive—Like Katakana was just another weakling.

Katakana scoffed.

"Challenge you?"

"Toppo, you've got it wrong."

"I'm not here to 'challenge' you—"

"—I'M HERE TO BEAT YOU DOWN."

Toppo's eyes narrowed.

Katakana had seen arrogant people before

But this guy?

This was next level.

"Hah! What a joke!"

Toppo laughed mockingly.

No one in this universe, aside from Jiren or a Gods of Destruction, could be his equal.

And this guy thought he could beat him?

"Ridiculous!"

"INSANE!"

Dyspo, standing beside Toppo, burst into laughter.

"This idiot doesn't even know his place!"

"Captain Toppo isn't someone you can just challenge!"

"You think you can defeat him?!"

"WHAT A JOKE!"

Dyspo's mockery was clear—His contempt even clearer.

But Katakana?

He simply turned to Dyspo.

And smiled.

"Rabbit."

"Who told you to talk?"

His voice turned ice-cold.

"And while we're at it…"

"You're really damn ugly."

Katakana cracked his knuckles, his gaze locked onto Dyspo.

His fingers twitched, He was itching to give this annoying rabbit a big bidou.
