The whole gang was there, Eric, Richard, Sakura and Riley eyeing her with concern like she were some refugee.
Eric pulled Kate's hair out her face with his big hands, which was nice.
"So it is true then." Sakura confirmed.
Kate blinked.
"That's a problem." affirmed Erik.
Kate opened her mouth, thought better, closed it and blew water into Sakura's face who just smiled, not so much as a flinch.
"She can never know." Sakura said.
"Know what?" Kate asked, giving in.
They stared.
"If d'you know the future. Vill it happen? No. So if ve tell d'you what d'you are doing, d'you cannot make it happen." Riley said.
"So ve say nut'ting." Richard said.
"D'Yes. Until d'you figure it out." Said Riley.
"And d'you vill have to figure it out. But wow, Kate d'you are amazing."
Sakura swanned away, flowing like she had feathers and swooped back to Kate. Kate was frozen, time taking back what it was owed and moving without her while everyone moved at the speed of light. Sakura cupped her cheeks, those smooth hands lifting her into a kiss. Thin, light Sakura fell over her, she went from a fluffy floaty teddy bear to a grizzly as she pressed down, pinning Kate to the ground with muscle she must have hid somewhere other than those arms.
The kiss started lip to lip and Kate was drowned in strawberries, the glossy lipstick, its thick almost sticky goodness slipping just behind the business end of her lips to something soft, the taste of it sliding up under her tongue to machine gun her taste buds. Sakura's hands teased Kate's jaw down. Not that she needed coaxing, and not that Sakura would take any hesitation as an answer and quickly their tongues rolled around each other, Kate just being explored while hoping that Sakura was finding nothing but gold. Kate was both the player in the court and a desperate fan screaming from the stands, but no! The last thing she wanted was an out of body experience! She wanted to feel it as the kiss evolved, deepening! That tongue! Sakura was 'asserting dominance' all over Kate with that alone.
"I found you, so I claim. Jackie is, officially, blind." Sakura purred, pulling away with a soft smacking of lips.
The weight vanished with a scream. Sakura had just been plucked away by the back of the neck with the softness of a trebuchet.
"You guys are so weird!" Kate exclaimed but licked clear her lip of Sakura's raw unbridled commitment to theme.
It was supposed to be chemically impossible to actually impact one's saliva to taste like strawberries, but Sakura had. Kate couldn't tell if that was their compatibility or her cheating the system.
The idea had been to play along, to follow. But holy shit! What did all that attention mean? Did it mean she would get worked by a group of execs kids? And what of Tiffany? Could Kate say the same thing about Tiffany?
