Draven, still smiling nervously, started walking away. Hannah stood and watched him, her face still devoid of emotion, before she too began walking, her bow transforming back into a bracelet. They walked in silence for a moment.
"Yeah, I remember you used some kind of magic shield to block my kick earlier," Draven said. "What kind of magic was that?"
"It's a Mana barrier," Hannah replied.
Draven turned, looking at Hannah, waiting for her to elaborate, but she remained silent. "What's that? Is it some kind of magic only Forest Elves can use, just like Dark Elves' shadow magic?" Draven asked.
"No," Hannah said. "Anyone can use it, as long as they can use Mana."
Draven thought, I thought there were only shadow, blood, and elemental magic. I guess there are more. They both continued walking in silence.
The scene changed, and they were standing in front of their mothers. Alex standing beside Draven's mom, was covered in bruises. Draven, looking at Alex, his left hand in his pocket and his right hand still holding his bow, thought, What the hell happened to her?
Draven's mother, Elliana, said, "It looks like you two are getting along well." Draven didn't respond. Hannah, beside him, still had no emotion on her face.
Draven's mom smiled and continued, "It's time for Hannah to go home.so You better start saying your goodbyes."
