Fast steps as a little figure scurried from street to street, climbing shed roofs to another, at the background carried voices yelling in chase. Soon the little figure came to a stop, checking the surrounding and dashing through the crowded market through a narrow road down the shoemakers line.
The evening was both scary and entertaining for this child, being the only child of her father life was both fun and lonely, her fisherman father leaves home early and gets home late. That night her father got back home oddly early, her excited figure hanged loosely at her fathers neck, she greeted her father and soon they had dinner , asking of her day, she told a lie ofcourse but gave a grand summary of picking mushrooms by the earls garden.
She was cautioned for going to the earls manor several times.
Her father sighed, Andrae what do you think of coming with me for a little trip, she excitedly agreed but she was curious to find out why her father didn`t leave her with Mrs Esmera but she did not ask so her father wouldn`t change his mind. She quickly ran to start packing her bags.
That morning dressed like a young boy, she was standing at the port, smiling from ear to ear, she got to see her fathers work place in full since she had only being there a few times and not long enough.
She saw as small boats floated at the distance but this boat which she was about to board was much more bigger and it had what she recognized as sails and a huge metal which she also recognized as an anchor. Seeing this her curiosity peeked and she asked her father, who walked to below deck where they would be staying.
Where are we going with a big boat Pa?
We are going to fish in another town a bigger fish so that Pa can make bigger coins and maybe gold coins.
Wow ...gold she exclaimed
yes gold coins her father chuckled
