"Not a chance, Tarigott the Hellion! I don't want to hurt you either, but I made a promise to protect the core of the village!!!"
One second, two seconds, three, four, five.
A standoff with colliding wills and similar Affinities began, and both Shizaki and Rito, who was better known as Tarigott, pushed against each other with the forces of wind.
Shizaki, with his eyes lighting up into a glimmering white, summoned continuous waves of wind from his body, and Tarigott easily countered with strings of white around his left arm which puslated a powerful gust.
Tarigott clicked his tongue in frustration.
"I didn't want to hurt anyone in the village! But they wouldn't give it up! I have to do whatever I must to get the core! It's the only way…..to save her!!"
