Bella Woods nodded earnestly, "My cost is too low."
"Tell me more." Ashton Marshall raised an eyebrow.
"When I was younger, they left me back home. The business started to pick up, but they bought me toys and gave me pocket money, coaxing me, saying the cost of living in Peace City was high, and asked me to wait. I didn't want to make it hard for them, so I nodded in agreement.
Later on, when they were pregnant with Rose, I thought Rose would also be taken back home. Originally, I thought it would be nice to have company."
