A middle-aged man slowly made his way to one end of the long table, sat down with a straight posture, looking somewhat haggard and as if his spirits were not at their best. He glanced at both sides—on the left, a row of men in military uniforms; on the right, a row of men in suits.
"Cough, cough." The middle-aged man coughed lightly, which was clearly audible in the silent conference room, drawing everyone's attention onto him.
"Ladies and gentlemen, I believe you all know why we have convened this meeting," the middle-aged man spoke blandly, pressing a button on the remote, and a slide with a strange symbol appeared behind him—a circle of five ghosts around a skull.
