"Just nagging like this," she spoke all the way, and he responded with "Mmm, mmm" to every sentence, but she knew he was just agreeing, he wouldn't actually do it.
When they arrived at the hospital, he was about to start work, and there was no more time for idle chatter. She opened the car door and was about to jump out.
"Hey!" he called out to her.
"Hmm? Anything else?"

"What is it?" she thought he wanted a kiss but was too shy to ask, so she leaned forward and kissed him on the face, "Okay, I'm getting out now."
"I mean…" he spoke slowly, "Work earnestly, don't go wandering around."
"I know!" she didn't suspect any hidden meaning beneath his words.
"And," he frowned, "don't accept gifts from patients or their families! Even if it's just local specialties! It's always not good!"
"…" Right, she admitted he made sense, "Okay, noted!"
