Chapter 284: Zephyr Sets Out
The five elders finished their heated discussion, agreeing to mobilize the Navy's forces against Rockefeller Charlotte.
"But what if Zephyr refuses to move?" Shepard Ten Piet Saint voiced his concern.
"If he won't go, we'll send the God Guard to eliminate the Rockefeller Pirates. We can't let Charlotte roam the Four Seas like Roger. That would be an open challenge to the World Government!" Topman Valkyrie Saint declared, his voice filled with anger.
The others remained silent, acknowledging the gravity of the situation. As the meeting concluded, the order was sent to the Navy Headquarters.

Inside the office, Fleet Admiral Kong addressed the gathered admirals and vice admirals.
"That's the situation! The Rockefeller Pirates have appeared in North Blue, and we must act swiftly. Any suggestions?"
The officers murmured among themselves, shocked at the sudden development.
One vice admiral finally stood up, his face pale.
"Fleet Admiral! How did the Rockefeller Pirates enter North Blue? Did they really cross the Calm Belt?"
Kong's expression hardened.
"We can't be sure. It's possible they did cross the Calm Belt, but we still don't know how they avoided the Sea Kings. If Charlotte managed to develop some sort of technology to bypass the Sea Kings, it could change the balance of power entirely. We must take this threat seriously."
Suddenly, Kong's Den Den Mushi rang, and he quickly picked it up.
"Moshi moshi, this is Kong."
The voice on the other end was shaky but determined.
"Fleet Admiral, this is Vice Admiral Darren from North Blue! The Rockefeller Pirates are confirmed to be in North Blue. Charlotte himself has killed one of our Marine officers!"
Kong's eyes widened as he absorbed the news.
"Understood. Stay on alert. Reinforcements will be dispatched."
After hanging up, Kong looked to his left, where Zephyr sat with his eyes closed, seemingly unmoved by the commotion.
"Zephyr, the World Government has specifically requested your presence to deal with Rockefeller Charlotte."
Zephyr opened his eyes, his expression calm but resolute.
"You know I've retired from the front lines. I'm only training the next generation now."
Kong took a deep breath, his face tense.
"Zephyr, you're the only one capable of dealing with Charlotte right now. Our forces are tied up in the New World, and your strength is needed."
Zephyr remained silent, glancing at the report of his fallen student, Doberman. Memories surfaced—training him, watching his potential grow. Now, the young man's life had been cut short by a monster from the New World.
After a moment of silence, Zephyr let out a long sigh.
"Alright. But this will be my final mission. Whether it succeeds or fails, I'm done with combat after this."
Kong nodded solemnly.
"Understood. I'll have three vice admirals accompany you. We can't afford to take any chances."
Zephyr stood up, adjusting his justice coat and stepping out of the office. The other officers gave him respectful nods as he passed by.

New World - Somewhere on a Beach
Garp and Sengoku sat comfortably on beach chairs, enjoying the rare break with lemon juice in hand.
"Ha! That kid Charlotte made it all the way to North Blue? That's impressive!" Garp chuckled.
Sengoku sighed, rubbing his temples.
"Leave it to the higher-ups. We're not paid enough to worry about every crazy pirate in the world."
Across the seas, the news spread like wildfire.

New World - Floating Island of the Flying Pirates
Shiki the Golden Lion glanced at the newspaper, his maniacal laugh echoing through the air.
"Gyahahahaha! That brat made it to North Blue! Didn't think he had the guts!"
He tapped his chin thoughtfully.
"Why am I bothering with just the New World? The Four Seas are right there! Maybe I've been thinking too small... Gyahahahaha!"
He looked towards East Blue, his eyes gleaming with ambition.
"Maybe it's time for the Flying Pirates to make their mark on the weakest sea!"

New World - Moby Dick
Whitebeard sat on his massive chair, reading the latest issue of Morgans' newspaper.
"Kurararara! That brat made it to North Blue, huh? Not bad! Seems like he's got some ambition."
Kozuki Oden, leaning on the railing nearby, glanced back at Whitebeard.
"Hey, Pops! When are we gonna roam the Four Seas too?"
Whitebeard chuckled, his laughter booming across the deck.
"Kurarara! You're getting restless, eh, Oden? Don't worry, when the time comes, we'll sail the whole world!"

Somewhere in the New World
The Red Count, Patrick Redfield, sat quietly, his ship anchored in a desolate cove. Reading the news, he raised an eyebrow.
"So, he's in North Blue... Interesting."
Folding the newspaper, Redfield rose to his feet, his eyes glinting with excitement.
"If I follow his trail, I'll eventually find him. He's worth the challenge."
With a quiet chuckle, he set sail, determined to meet Charlotte once again.

Aboard the Sea God Poseidon
Charlotte stood on the deck, gazing at the sea with a contemplative expression.
"Captain, looks like the Navy isn't wasting any time. We intercepted communication that Zephyr himself is leading a squad to track us down," Barrett reported.
Charlotte grinned, his golden hair glinting in the sunlight.
"Zephyr, huh? The man who once chased me across half the world. This could be fun."
Barrett nodded, his massive arms crossed.
"Should we change course or face them head-on?"
Charlotte thought for a moment before shaking his head.
"No need to run. Let them come. We'll make a grand show out of it. After all, we didn't come to North Blue just to hide."
Barrett smirked.
"As you say, Captain."
The crew prepared for the inevitable clash with the Navy. Unbeknownst to them, the world was holding its breath, waiting to see how the legend of Rockefeller Charlotte would unfold in the Four Seas.
