I think I have an addiction.
No, I know I have an addiction.
Her.
Emmaline.
The feel of her thighs beneath my hands, the way she moves against me, the intoxicating scent of her skin, cold yet burning me alive all at once.
I grip her legs almost too tightly, the restraint nearly killing me. I have to remind myself that she's just a C-class hunter. I could break her without meaning to.
But gods help me, I don't want to let go.
We've been making out for so long, I don't even remember my own name. The only thing I do know is that I'm painfully, excruciatingly hard, and she's right there, straddling me like she belongs nowhere else in the world.
And then, she pulls away.
She sits up, breathing heavy, looking like a weapon of mass destruction personally crafted to be my undoing itself.
