A few days later, Abigail headed to her office with Sawyer, who was driving.
The distance from their house wasn't far, and it was early in the morning, so the traffic was okay. But just before they arrived at the CMD Building, the buzzing sound from Abigail's bag caught her off guard. She didn't expect any calls, so she quickly checked her phone and saw a new text from Milan.
"Boss, I'm sorry to text you this early, but I must report something."
Curious about Milan's message, Abigail was about to reply when another text came in.
"Mr. Andy Bennet's secretary just called me. She informed me that Mr. Andy Bennet will come and meet you at our office this morning. He wants to discuss a new project with you."
'Why is he coming back?' Abigail frowned, puzzled after reading Milan's message. In her last conversation with Andy, he mentioned the project. Still, he didn't say anything about a follow-up meeting, which confused her.
