Viktor walked into his house to find Moon standing beside the door as if she was planning to leave.
"Going somewhere?" Viktor asked, locking the door.
Moon wasn't expecting Viktor to return so quickly. He had gone to drop Candy at school, and she believed he'd go somewhere else from there; why would he come home to stay with her?
That's why she planned to go out and get a job, a job that would let her work for short hours and return before Viktor brought back Candy from school.
"You're back early..." Moon cleared her throat, looking away as she slowly stepped back from the door.
Viktor frowned, "I asked where you were going, Moon?" He repeated, taking slow strides toward her.
"Me? I wasn't going anywhere, I just wanted to step out for a walk, nothing else," She stood in the middle of the living room, close to the sofa.
