Thorne POV
I run my fingers through Noelle's silky hair, brushing a few strands from his face as he sleeps peacefully beside me. His breathing is soft, steady, his face serene in the dim morning light filtering through the windows.
I did it.
Well—almost.
The room is complete. Our room. The first truly finished part of the estate.
I glance toward the large windows, watching as the sun reflects on the endless blue of the ocean. The view stretches far and wide, the waves shimmering in the early light. It's beautiful—just as Noelle wanted.
It still feels surreal that this is ours. That I built this place with my own hands, that Noelle will raise our children here. That soon, any day now, those children will be here. Two of them.
I swallow hard.
