An ambulance was called, and Amanda was rushed to the hospital. From where she was sitting, Hazel smirked slightly. Meanwhile, Amanda's mother was watching the entire scene unfold online. She nearly collapsed from shock, realizing Amanda had never told her the pregnancy was not Zamiel's. Despite the betrayal, she smirked to herself and muttered, "We still have another opportunity left… Hazel's father." Unaware that Hazel's father already knew the truth about everything she had been doing.

Zamiel's mother was overjoyed as she scrolled through the trending news online. She could not wait for Zamiel and Hazel to get married and give her a grandchild—unaware that her grandchild was already growing inside Hazel's belly. When Zamiel's father walked in, his wife greeted him with love and enthusiasm. He immediately noticed her unusually bright mood and asked, "What has made you so happy today?"
"I'm expecting our grandchild," she beamed.
He chuckled and teased, "The grandchild that has not even entered the womb yet?"
She laughed. "It will be there soon enough."
He pulled her into a playful hug from behind, holding her by the waist. "What are you trying to do?" she asked with a grin.
"Young age things," he replied mischievously.
She playfully struggled in his arms, but he lifted her in a princess carry, rushed her to the bedroom, and threw her gently on the bed. With a smile, he said, "Let the young age play begin," and before she could rise, he covered her with his embrace.

Amanda slowly opened her eyes in the hospital bed, her mind replaying the scene from the award ceremony—the video, the whispers, the shame. She gasped, "Oh my God…"
Her manager walked in and, seeing that Amanda was awake, quickly ran to get the doctor. After several tests, the doctor confirmed Amanda was stable and would be discharged in a week.
When the doctor left Amanda ask her manager "how long have I been in the hospital", her manager answered her "it been two weeks ma " after saying this her manager sighed and said, "Amanda… there is bad news."
Amanda's expression turned pale.
"All the companies you signed with have withdrawn their contracts," her manager continued. "And you have to pay fines for breach of contract. Star Entertainment has withdrawn—penalty: one billion. Fang Enterprises—penalty: 100 million. The luxury car brand—two billion."
Before she could continue, Amanda raised her hand to stop her. She yanked out the IV drip and walked out of the hospital room. Her manager called after her, but Amanda did not stop.
When she arrived home, her mother greeted her—not with comfort, but with a sharp slap across the face.
The sound echoed through the house. Amanda held her cheek, tears forming in her eyes.
"Why did you not tell me Zamiel was not the father?" her mother shouted. "And you even went ahead and aborted it? You are a shame to this family!"
Amanda, now crying, looked her mother in the eyes. "A shame? Who is the real shame here? You or me?"
Her mother frowned. "What are you saying?"
Amanda's voice trembled but was filled with resentment. "Back in high school, when I bullied my classmates, you defended me. When I stole from them, you praised me. You never scolded me, never taught me right from wrong. And now, you call me a shame?"
She paused, then added, "I see now. You always favored Hazel. You always scold her instead of you to embrace her, you always push her out and embrace me not knowing that you will affect my future. When I wanted to start things with both zamiel and hazel you encouraged me to continue only for you to slap me in the end "
Suddenly, Hazel's father walked into the house. Both Amanda and her mother froze. Her mother realized it was the end—he had overheard everything.
Without saying a word, Hazel's father walked past them and upstairs. Amanda barged out of the house, leaving her mother alone.
A lawyer arrived moments later, holding a file. Amanda's mother demanded, "What is in that file?!"
"That is none of your business," he replied calmly.
She snapped, "Where is Mr. Stephen?!"
At that moment, Hazel's father came back downstairs.
"Sit," he commanded.
He opened the file and handed it to Amanda's mother. Her eyes widened—it was a will. Hazel's father had left all his property to Hazel. Alongside it was a signed divorce paper.
"You will sign this," he said firmly.
Amanda's mother protested and shouted, "What did I even do wrong?!"
Before she could say more, the police entered.
"You are under arrest for the murder of Mrs. Stephen," one officer declared.
Amanda's mother stood frozen in place. "You have the right to remain silent," they said, placing her in handcuffs.
Tears rolled down her face as she was dragged away, and Hazel's father quietly signed the divorce papers.
Back at Hazel's home, she was sitting on Zamiel's lap, resting against him. He looked into her eyes and asked gently, "So, how are you preparing for the WIC Awards event?"
Hazel nodded. "I am doing my best."
This prestigious event was meant to award top directors, managers, and secretaries. Hazel added, "I know your distant cousin is on the awarding committee… but please, do not use your connection. I want to earn this myself."
Zamiel thought to himself. 'That is what I love about her. She is not like others women who use their man as stepping stones.'
Hazel giggled lightly, and Zamiel said with affection, "No problem. I respect that."
