Fu Shinian's steps halted at Su Mu's words; he turned his head to glance at the nearby water cooler, smiled faintly, and walked over to pour her a cup of water. Only then did he approach her and place the cup of just-right-temperature water by her hand. Seeing this, Su Mu said:
"Thank you."
Fu Shinian still did not speak, simply watching Su Mu with a smile in his eyes.
Su Mu was deeply focused on her drawing, and only when she casually picked up the cup to drink did she realize something was amiss. Almost instantly, she turned her head, expecting to see 'Lin Ning' beside her, only to find Fu Shinian. She was startled for a few seconds, and then smiled lightly:
"Why did you come over?"
"Hmm, I wasn't busy this afternoon, so I wanted to come and see you."
