Harry and Hagrid made their way back down Diagon Alley, retracing their steps through the wall and into the now-empty Leaky Cauldron. Harry remained silent as they walked down the road, his eyes scanning the surroundings for any signs of pursuit.
Harry had recently tested his perceptive abilities, which had a knack for warning him of potential attacks. He found it incredibly helpful, keen enough to detect even the smallest malicious intents directed towards him. To test this, he had asked his elves to prank him randomly, a task which Mini thoroughly enjoyed.
"Well, let's just say that Lord Harry remains undefeated," he thought with a smirk.
As they continued, Harry sighed in relief, realizing no one was following them.
"This just shows how incompetent Dumbledore is," Harry thought with derision. "And he wants me to be his sacrificial lamb."
When they were almost near the train station, Harry turned to Hagrid. "Hagrid, could we stop to eat? I know a good place nearby."
Hagrid nodded, his stomach rumbling in agreement. "Aye, that sounds good, Harry."
Harry guided Hagrid to a restaurant he had scouted out specifically for today. The establishment featured private booths, providing the perfect setting for a quiet meal away from prying eyes. Harry had already bribed the owner to ensure everything went smoothly.
As they entered, Harry led Hagrid to a secluded booth at the back. "This place is perfect," Harry said with a satisfied smile. "We won't be disturbed here."
Soon, the food was brought out, and Hagrid ate with relish.
"Blimey, Harry, this food's fantastic!" Hagrid exclaimed between mouthfuls.
After devouring the majority of the table, Hagrid was out cold, his snores echoing through the restaurant like a Snorlax.
Yes, harry did dope hagrids food.
Harry clapped his hands, and three elves popped out of thin air. Each had come a long way, discovering their own passions along the journey.
Inni, the eldest, wore a small business suit, exuding professionalism, Mini sported a chibi ninja suit, Moo was dressed in a classic maid costume.
Much said, harry loved how cute they looked, well he wouldn't say that too them except moo.
Together, they turned Hagrid around with difficulty. They all began searching him thoroughly. Suddenly, Mini let out a screech, drawing everyone's attention.
"Did you find it?" Harry asked, his eyes wide with anticipation.
Mini held up her finger, a large rat dangling from it. The rat was enormous compared to any Harry had ever seen.
"Ahhh!" Harry and the others exclaimed, startled. The rat, perhaps equally shocked, released Mini's finger and scurried back into Hagrid's jacket.
All four of them—Harry and his elves—watched the rat disappear.
"We've got to get back to it," Harry said, embarrassed by his outburst.
The three elves looked at him with puppy eyes, as if to ask, "Really?"
Harry, undeterred, straightened up. "You know how important this is. Let's go."
Over the years, Harry had come to confide in the elves, sharing with them the realities of the world they were about to enter and the many dangers they would face. Of course, he didn't tell them anything deemed heresy in the transmigration guidebook.
Harry and the elves, now equipped with mittens, resumed their search.
Where did they get the mittens, you ask? Well, for that, you would have to know that each of Harry's elves has their own specialization.
"Hagrid might wake up any time soon; we have to finish before that," Harry said urgently as the four ventured back into the depths of the dangers associated with Hagrid's coat.
"Can't imagine he gave me this as a blanket to sleep in yesterday," Harry thought to himself with a light shudder.
Working together, they finally extracted the package containing the Philosopher's Stone, hidden inside Hagrid's jacket.
"Quick, quick!" Harry urged his elves. Moo swiftly retrieved a large case.
Where did this case come from, you ask? Well, Harry had spent all the magical currency he had accumulated over the past seven years to have this enchanted case made specifically for today.
After narrowly escaping death and leaving her empty-handed, Harry wasn't about to risk going into Knockturn Alley to exchange money. Given his limited options, he could only manage to convert chum change into magical currency.
And what does this case do, you wonder?, Well, it has only two basic enchantments.
"Open it," Harry instructed. Moo, the youngest, hurried to open the suitcase with practiced ease, a process they had rehearsed many times in preparation for this day.
Mini, the middle child, kept a vigilant eye on Hagrid, watching for any signs of him waking up. She had several injections at her side—just for precaution. She had practiced a lot, and the numerous people who almost went into comas in the dark alleys of London were proof of her skill.
It was only the bad guys though, at least that's what harry said to comfort moo.
The injections were filled with the strongest tranquilizers they could find in the Muggle world. After using magical means in the food earlier, they had only these left.
Mini had become proficient in the art of sneaky injections, even trying it out on unsuspecting magical folk.
Meanwhile, Inni, the eldest, kept watch to ensure no one disturbed them.
Moo opened the case, revealing it was filled to the brim with water. The case was enchanted with space expansion and water-sealing charms.
Harry carefully removed the Philosopher's Stone from its hiding place. He was momentarily mesmerized by its brilliance, almost overcome with the urge to run away with it. Shaking himself out of the trance, he gently placed the stone into the water.
Instead of submerging, the magical stone floated on the surface.
Harry then infused his magic through the stone.
As Harry infused his magic through the stone, the water began to shimmer and glow with an ethereal light. The Philosopher's Stone, absorbing the magical energy, started to resonate with a pulsating rhythm. The water's surface rippled in response, forming intricate patterns of light and color.
Gradually, the water began to change. The once-clear liquid transformed into a luminescent, almost liquid gold. The air around the case crackled with magical energy, and a faint, melodious hum filled the room, as if the water itself was singing a forgotten tune.
The process was mesmerizing. The stone floated in the center of the case, its magic weaving through the water. The glow intensified, spreading outward until the entire contents of the case were bathed in a radiant light.
As the transformation neared completion, the water's consistency shifted to something more substantial and otherworldly. The liquid took on the properties of the fabled Water of Life—its surface now smooth and shimmering with an inner light. It was no longer merely water; it was a magical elixir with profound, life-enhancing properties.
Harry, watching intently, knew they had succeeded. The Water of Life was now ready, its powerful magic contained within the transformed liquid.
After the job was done, Harry and the elves waited for Hagrid to wake up. Five minutes ticked by, and with no signs of stirring, Harry decided it was time to act.
He grabbed a handful of the Water of Life and splashed it across Hagrid's face. When that didn't do the trick, Harry slapped Hagrid lightly on the cheek. Finally, Hagrid's eyes fluttered open, and he groaned as he came to.
"Ugh, what—?" Hagrid mumbled, disoriented.
"Thanks for everything, Hagrid," Harry said quickly, offering a grateful nod.
Hagrid blinked, still trying to make sense of his surroundings. "No trouble, Harry. Always happy to help."
