BAAAAM!!!!
The moment All Might heard the sound, All For One disappeared from his view, and Inazuma remained in that place with lightning flickering throughout his body.
"What do you know, All Might," Inazuma said after looking at All Might properly. "You don't look that good," he added with a small smile.
"Hahahahhha…ggg," All Might tried to laugh but ended up spitting out blood. He had really pulled out all the stops while fighting All For One this time.
Inazuma patted his back, trying to comfort him at least a little.
"Sorry I've been gone too long, All Might."
"No need… whee… to apologize. Your absence taught us a lot about… whooo… how much we kept depending on you for everything," All Might wheezed as he kept speaking. Inazuma's expression grew more and more worried as time passed.
"Alright, alright, I get it. Geez, I feel like you're going from ER-level patient to morgue as you keep talking," Inazuma said, noticing that All Might's pale skin was growing even paler.
All Might just nodded, agreeing that Inazuma was right.
Inazuma then immediately picked up All Might and ran to the nearest medical team he could find. The entire fight had been broadcast, and by the time Inazuma reached the battlefield, he hadn't been able to get there in time to use an EMP blast to knock out all the cameras. But since everyone had already seen All Might turn skinny, he couldn't stop the cameras now—people would speculate that something bad had happened and believe the government was covering it up with good news, even if everything turned out fine.
So right now, Inazuma would have to defeat All For One in front of the whole world. And he would have to postpone his plans for a quick kill.
"Damn, it's a bit annoying," Inazuma thought to himself as he went to place All Might on a stretcher. He had hoped All Might would be able to finish his fight like in canon, but since he had changed the canon a lot—even altering All For One's quirks and planning—he couldn't take the risk of letting All Might lose his life in the fight.
As he placed All Might down, he saw the medics recognize him and immediately move forward to treat the hero's injuries. He had expected a few of them to feel betrayed, since All For One had revealed that All Might had been losing his powers for a few years while still acting as the No. 1 Hero. But it seemed there were still many people thankful for what he had done, who didn't hesitate when it came to saving his life.
"We'll handle All Might here, so you should go and do your best out there," one of the medics said as he began checking on All Might's injuries.
Inazuma nodded and began running toward the battlefield again. He reached it in seconds to find the entire League of Villains—along with Bakugo—lying on the ground with a few third-degree burns. Looks like they had it rough, Inazuma thought as he moved to take them away from the battlefield.
All For One, at the time, was using a powerful sensing quirk he had gained after a long search. As long as it was consciously activated, he was able to determine everything happening within at least 200 meters and could occasionally see a few seconds into the future.
Knowing Inazuma was here, he activated it at full force and saw what was going to happen within seconds.
"NOOOOOO!!!" he screamed out loud, but it was too late. Within the span of two seconds, Inazuma cut off Tomura's arms and burned the wounds with his lightning, effectively nullifying his ability to use his quirk. As for the others, he broke their bones cleanly and tied them up using a rope hidden in his jacket—an addition from the new design. And just as he finished, he felt it wasn't fair and broke a few of Tomura's bones as well, to even things out with his teammates.
He didn't care about the judging look he was getting from somewhere. Then he looked at Bakugo to confirm he was safe and moved toward Kurogiri. Shaking his head, he took out a syringe he had recovered from Garaki's lab before destroying it.
It contained a 24-hour quirk canceler, which he injected into Kurogiri's neck to ensure people could handle him while he was being contained. When the black miasma in Kurogiri's body briefly disappeared, he was surprised—but decided that was something Aizawa would have to deal with, especially since the face of Aizawa's old friend could now clearly be seen, though there were signs of cybernetic modifications.
He then pulled the rope and carried all the villains through the air, holding Bakugo in his arms.
He reached the area where the heroes were dealing with the aftermath of the Nomu attack and set the villains down carefully, placing Bakugo in Torino's arms.
"…What the hell?" Torino was shocked at the sudden arrival.
But the moment he did it, Inazuma cursed.
"Damn it."
He ran back toward a nearby wall where he found his students, who had been planning to rescue Bakugo from All For One's clutches. Inazuma sighed. He then picked them all up and placed them in front of Torino, who had just finished saying, "What the hell?"
"Handle these troublemakers, will you?" Inazuma said as he ran back to stand in front of All For One to finish the fight.
And all of this had taken him a total of only 8 seconds.
