[scene : Colt and Luna (human form) walking in font of Luc and Lea, heading to the wheat fields]
Colt [to Luna in a low tone] : "In order to fix the fields we'll need to put nitrogen, and to do that we're making nitrates."
Luna : "You didn't tell me about those yet."
Colt [smiling] : "It's one nitrogen atom with three oxygen, put them together in the soil and let nature take it from there, don't put too much, if you get tired come to me for a mana refill."
Luna : "And will that fix it?"
Colt : "For now, yes, but I need to figure out why the soil ran out of nitrogen, will you help me?"
Luna : "Always."
*They reach the wheat fields, they see the same whitling sad crops, and people working trying to save what can be saved*
Colt [Indifferent] : "Depressing as usual."
Luna : "Don't be like that, people have worked hard."
Colt : "And I'm here to reward their efforts * to Luc* get everyone out of here, I don't want it turning into trouble."
*Luc complies, after a while they have the fields to themselves*
Colt : "You go first."
*Luna walks to the field, kneels, touches the ground, Colt does the same*
*Luna creates nitrates and inserts them into the soil*
Colt : "That's enough,*magic sight* are you okay? Half your power is already gone."
*We see that Luna's aura became lighter*
Luna [breathing heavily] : "I'm suppressing it, just like you taught me."
Colt : "Really? You're saying that again? Suppressing your aura can mislead about your capacity, not how much is remaining."
Luna : "I.. just.. don't understand.. why is this harder than enhancing fire magic?"
Colt [his face lightening up with realization, his eyes widen] : "Wait, wait, wait, that's it!!! This is the first time you've made a compound, you're not rearranging molecules or gathering them, you're actually breaking and making bonds."
Luna : "So?"
Colt : "It requires much more energy!! I never felt anything because I have infinite capacity, that's why I never get tired."
But if that's the case.. then can anyone else in this world use float? Or graviol? Assuming they have the knowledge, what will it take to change the constants and laws of physics itself?
Colt : "Here."
*Place his hand on Luna's shoulder*
"Mana transfer"
Luna : "Thank you, I feel much better now."
"Mana transfer"... a spell I learned after playing with monsters... turns out I can use the same method I use for mutating creatures to replenish someone's mana.
Colt : "Now you know the right amount, I'll go start somewhere else, when you get tired-"
Luna : "I know, come to you."
Colt [kisses her on the forehead] : "That's my Luna."
*Leaves*
*Quick montage of many refills and nitrates seeping into the soil*
*Yet, the crops didn't get any better*
Colt [to Luc and Lea] : "And we're done."
Lea : "But, the crops are…"
Colt : "That's because we fixed the soil, not the crops, give me a minute."
*Colt goes to sit next to Luna who's resting after using her magic*
Colt [giving her a last mana transfer] : "You've done an excellent job, I'm proud of you. I'll handle the rest."
*Stands up, walks to the fields*
*Colt roams the fields, with every crop he comes in contact with growing and getting back that bright golden wheat color, the once depressing wheat fields turn into a beautiful sight to behold*
Luc [in awe] : "What in the world am I looking at? That's impossible."
Colt [heading towards him] : "When I said I was a being that surpassed this world I wasn't kidding *reaches him, looks him in the eyes* now, I want you to tell me what the farmers here have been doing that could've caused this."
Luc [getting flustered] : "I- I don't know they've been planting wheat for years that's all."
Colt : "They have been planting nothing but wheat??!!!"
Luc : "Yes, what's wrong with that?"
Deep breathes, deep breathes, they don't know any better, these people are not to blame, you hardly knew it before…
Colt [taking a deep breath] : "Listen, plant some beans or peas or... do you raise sheep or goats?"
Luc : "Yes."
Colt : "Then plant some clovers to feed them here."
Luc : "But isn't planting multiple crops in the same place wrong?"
Colt : "What gave you that idea?! *in a bored tone*just do as a say and plant clovers here every year after or before the wheat I don't care, I'm not fixing it again *points at the crops* and these are ready to be harvested."
*Colt goes to take Luna's hand, Luna stands up.*
Colt : "We'll go now. A miracle happened here thanks to your power, nice work Luc, and Lea ,as the ultimate healer, healed the crops *starts to walk away* we'll be waiting a little far from here, TELL YOUR PEOPLE TO ENJOY HARVESTING *laughs*"
*After a while Colt and Luna watch the farmers and Luc and Lea from afar*
Colt [sarcastic] : "Oh, look at that, I think some of them are crying, I really need to stop making scenes wherever I go."
Luna [in a concerned tone with a bit of sadness] : "Colt, can you talk seriously for a bit?"
Colt [turns his head] : "Sure, what did you-*gets stunned*.. what's that look for?"
Luna : "Why do you never admit to your good deeds? Why do you always let someone else take the credit?"
Colt : "I have two reasons for that: one, to remain inconspicuous .. imagine if people found out that a commoner can do what they believe is impossible, how many people would come after me?"
Luna : "But, that isn't a problem for you."
Colt : "No, it is, I'm not benevolent enough to spare their lives, not that I mind seeing fear and despair but I don't think you'd be happy with that… and then there's the more important reason."
Luna "Which is?"
Colt: "You."
Luna [surprised] : "Me?!!"
Colt : "Yes, I don't need recognition nor do I care for it… I no longer have a void to fill*touches her chin, looks her in the eyes* because you filled that void, you believe in me, and that's more than enough."
Luna [hugging him] : "Is that really.. how you feel?"
Colt [hugging back] : "Can't you tell?"
Luna : "I can, I just want you to say it."
Colt : "I love you."
Luna : "I love you too."
